I got a C300 from this dealer 4 months ago, the car has been awesome so far!. What I like about this dealership is that you feel your buying a car from an owner, it's like a combination between a dealer and an owner, ofcourse both has their advantages. The only disadvantage is that since it's a leasing company there are only 2 people to handle the sales and they will not be available at your convenience all the time so you will have to run after them a little bit, but trust me it totally worth it. their cars are great, they will do things for you that you don't ask for; there was some minor scratches on the rear bumper of the car I was buying, they fixed it for me without me asking. Plus they gave me a free oil change after the 5000 miles oil change that they already have done just to make up of the delays in the selling process!! also they gave 3 months limited warranty. So all in all I saw that they really care about their costumer. 2 months after buying the car, I broke one of the tire's air valve, I called them, and the guy who sold me the car ( Steve ) actually made couple of phones calls to find the cheapest place to repair it. As I said it's a family owned business, they are honest and they're not actually a dealership so they don't do that kinda tricks that other dealerships do which make them totally not trustable sometimes.

The cars are often at wholesale prices and low mileage. It's a unique situation, providing the best aspects of both worlds, a combination used car dealer/private seller. By the time I bought my car, it had already been inspected by an independent mechanic, passed the VA safety and emissions tests, and had a 3-month power train warranty. They wanted to make sure everything was in good condition, so they went to the extra trouble of taking the car to a body shop to have a few scruffs fixed on the paint. It was good working with them and everything was taken care of for me. I'd definitely recommend this dealer for used cars.

USAL is not your average dealer!!! I purchased a beautiful, like new 2007 Chrysler 300 from this company at pricing better than the wholesale level. The company had 6 300s to choose from and all of them were in excellent shape. Their inventory consists of vehicles that were leased, many of them used by government officials, well maintained with low mileage and I believe all have a warranty included. The company doesn't have a retail type lot so you have to make an appointment to see them; that is the only reason I gave their facilities a four out of five. That being said, the vehicles are actually garaged while they are in the process of being sold, keeping them out of the elements so that "good" rating probably should have been "great" on my part. The owners were more than helpful in making time for me to drive several of the 300s and the process was quick and painless once I had chosen my car. I happened to notice a small scuff mark in the trunk lid Chrysler badge (a tiny detail) after we had agreed on a price and the car was sold; they resolved that issue with no problem . I highly recommend USAL to people who are serious (not window shoppers) and want to get a great car at an affordable price. By my rough estimate, I saved well over $4000 dollars from what 99% of the dealers are charging for a similar vehicle in mileage and the condition of the 300s I drove was far superior to almost everything else that is out there for sale.
