HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FEOM THEM Going

HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FEOM THEM Going on 6 months now and I'm still dealing with vehicle issues non stop. first in the dodge now the Chevy. Dodge had nothing but front end issues, Richard denied it. Gearbox become miss aLined engaged 4x4 at 75 mph locked up the steering wheel ablut hit 3 cars and the concrete wall on the highway. Traded it back to them got a Chevy ————————————————— Chevy.... just had the shop replace harmonic balancer for the second time, still having issues it’s internal so now got to have the engine tour apart replace the bearing of the harmonic balancer it will be the 3rd one it has had. A/C pulley belt broke, radiator leaking in the front end,tentioner pulley broke, has a vacuum leak, like I told u rotors are warped. Needs breaks in the back now like I told u as well. Haven't been to work in Dallas for 6 months. first time I went back was last week. Still can't make it to my job because I can’t make it to Dallas because I don’t have a good enough reliable vehicle to make it up there . I got fired last week was making 50$ an hour building koi ponds. Blew through all my savings and have to rely on someone else for 6 months to drive me around every where. 8,000$ so far in expenses. haven't been to work either in 6 months so haven’t had any steady income. No point in taking it to u at all Richard just denies everything I tell him. Sad I have to take it to another shop have them look at it print out the paperwork take it back to Richard and still doesn’t agree with the problem at hand. Both trucks are straight lemons 8,000-10,000$ into repairs. Owe my grandfather 2,000$ because I ran out of my savings so he started coving the cost of the issues. Lost my job, can’t make it to work, can’t make payments if I can’t make it to all my high end jobs in Dallas. Making 50$ an hour got fired now making 22$ an hour huge difference there on income.

Car or Truck buy made easy

Traded for an F250 Ford truck in March 2023, Decided to downsize to a 1500 Chevrolet in July the truck I wanted to trade had a bad fax report which they told me when I bought the truck with paperwork showing it had not been in an accident, when I tried to trade with a bad fax on the truck it became an issue, I contacted Jeff England motors and we worked out a deal so I did not take a big hit financially, Basically getting all my investment back on the F250, Jeff England is a stand up good man, great people to work with and buy from. I highly recommend this dealer ship and will do business with them in the future.

Truck Purchase

Found a 2013 Ram 2500 that was already set up with 5th wheel hitch and more bells and whistles than I could imagine. And at a very fair price. Our salesman, Bill was very knowledgeable about the truck and taught us alot. They are a No Haggle dealership because they are priced right and don't pressure you. We are very happy with them and would do business with them again. The whole experience was positive. All the staff was vary courteous and professional.

Truck Purchase

Found a 2013 Ram 2500 that was already set up with 5th wheel hitch and more bells and whistles than I could imagine. And at a very fair price. great dealership!

Let them know I was interested in a certain car and they called me back to let me know it was there. Went to look at it the next day and they had it parked out front ready for me to look at! The car was very nice and I ended up buying it with no problems at all and at a great price for the condition it was in and all of the features it had. The people were very friendly and helpful and I absolutely recommend buying a car from them!

Fantastic, long distance deal!

I had been looking for a used 2014 Ford Dually Lariat with less than 30k miles for quite a while. Jeff England Motors had a nice Platinum advertised at an attractive price. I called immediately, we discussed a trade-in value for my 2011 Ford KR SRW which I described accurately and placed a deposit to hold the vehicle until I could get there. I was so at ease with the process I had them install a Titan fuel tank prior to me even inspecting the truck. Here's the kicker...I live in MN and had an 1100 mile drive to close the deal. I left MN a couple days later and drove all night arriving in the morning at Jeff England Motors. I had plenty of time to think about the transaction and the many ways this could go wrong. My fears were absolutely unfounded. The trade-in was accepted as agreed and there were no shenanigans to try to nickel and dime me. The 2014 truck was exactly as advertised and the paperwork was handled professionally and quickly. I've had the truck a couple months now and have been pleased. Did I take a chance doing this deal over long distance and sight unseen? Perhaps with another dealer...Jeff England treated me with respect and fairly.

Hometown Feeling!

I just want to say they made me and my wife feel like a friend and neighbor, not a customer. While looking around for a Ford Expedition for my wife Jeff England had one that interested us. When we contacted them, they made it available for my wife to look at it without me and answered all her questions and concerns then called me back with a better price which we couldn't walk away from. I went with her to pick it up and while she was signing the already prepared paperwork the salesman walked her out to open the door to her vehicle and as she drove off he noticed a taillight out and called my cell to offer to bring it back and repair it. They have won us over and we want to share this with all our friends and family. Customer for Life and Family with 5 kids that will all be buying vehicles from Jeff England.
