Kindness after loss.

Mr. Tillman was very kind and patient regarding my situation. I had recently lost my father and step-mother in death due to COVID-19 in Florida. I live in New Mexico and I needed to sell their vehicles long distance through an attorney in Florida. This started in November of 2021 and was finally completed in May of 2022. All along the way Mr. Tillman stayed in contact and lived up to his word to buy the vehicles. I will be forever grateful to have come in contact with him!

at a loss of words for the phenomenal service I received today. Martin Mills was superb. He was helpful, found the car of my dreams and offered me different options. If you're looking for your next car this is the place for you. The reviews are exceptional and so is the service. I feel so blessed and thankful!!!! Thank you Martin and Auto Tillman. DISHONEST

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF - DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS LOCATION. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!! 8/16/2021 - It has been 1 month since our truck has been out of commission. We gave the first two weeks before we started to call and ask about the status. Each time we call we were told it should be ready by a certain day. When we call the day of we are told its not ready and it should be ready within the week. On 8/15/2021 the loaner vehicle provided left us stranded and would not start after several attempts at charging the battery. We called the dealership and spoke to Martin to let him know that the vehicle was not operating. We were told he would call Mr. Tillman and give us a call back with what to do. We never received that call. We decided to go to the dealership to see what we could to to rectify the situation, AGAIN. Lucky it just so happens our truck is now ready. They sent someone to go pickup from American Transmission and as the gentleman pulls up, there is now plastic covering the window and the window wont go up. Mr. Tillmans son, Hunter stated that hey would get it fixed and would not charge us. Completely frustrated and rightfully so, we wait for another issue to be handled. As we are waiting, Mr. Tillman arrived. Came in said Good Morning, bless your heart, thank God its covered under warranty. When we start discuss the window situation, Mr. Tillman proceeded to show aggressive behaviors and tell us we verbally abused his staff with the phone calls and he would never take another dollar from us. He pointed at me and told me if I even look at him sideways, he would push my truck out in the middle of traffic and have me deal with it. All we wanted was the vehicle we were paying for fixed in a suitable amount of time and clear communication of what was happening. The phone calls were only for accountability. This is the absolute worst vehicle buying experience ever! 7/19/2021 - Transmission blew on busy bridge. Vehicle was under warranty since it was only purchased a little over 6 weeks prior. We call the dealership to rectify the situation. Since the vehicle was under warranty, if we wanted the warranty to cover the expense of the blown transmission - we had to allow them to take it to American Transmission. When I asked well, how do we get back and forth to work since 2017 Chevrolet Silverado we just purchased is out of commission. Mr. Tillman first suggested we take an Uber. We decided to make a trip to the actual dealership to see if the situation could be better handled than us having to take an Uber. I requested a loaner while our truck was being repaired and they provided us with a 2012 Dodge Journey and told us it would be 2 weeks until the truck would be ready.

The best Used Car dealer in Jacksonville

I was so pleased with the service we received at Tillman Auto LLC, at the Jacksonville Fl. Beach Blvd. location. Our Sales agent Hunter Ray was exceptional. He listened to what we wanted and needed in our search for a Truck. Then he showed a range of trucks on the lot that fit our requirements. He was not pushing a sale at all, he wanted to be sure the truck met our requirements. The manager Steve Tillman met with us as well to ensure we were getting the truck we needed. They have a fantastic team and made sure we fully understood all of the accessories on the truck before we finalized our purchase. They made the purchase process very easy.

New vehicle

Tillman was amazing and the service is always great. I purchased another vehicle from them and decided to come back for a second one. I came in and they had me riding off the lot with my new car in just a couple of hours.

Used GMC YUKON DENALI XL purchase

I purchased a used 2014 GMC YUKON DENALI XL from Tillman Auto on Beach Blvd. I had a wonderful purchasing experience due to the great professionalism of John, who was my sales agent. During my test drive John allowed me to make my own assessment of the vehicle as opposed to trying to convince me how perfect the vehicle was. We returned and he gave me an exact price quote, and assured me if I purchased the vehicle that would be exactly what I would pay. I returned the next day and John kept his word. There were no new charges or added hidden fees. He made the purchasing process quick and easy. And to top it off, John informed me that Mr. Tillman himself wanted to personally thank me for my purchase. Upon meeting Mr. Tillman his attitude floored me because he carried himself not as if he was above his employees, but more like an employee himself instead of the owner. This showed me Mr. Tillman was definitely a team player. This purchase was truly a rewarding experience for me. Thank you John and thank you Mr. Tillman.

SHADY SALES TACTICS EVEN WITH CASH

Went to buy a vehicle there yesterday which I had called and verified the cash price for. Vehicle needed MAJOR repairs which was never communicated and when I made an offer I was told that the cash price of $3500 did not contain the $898 dealer fee. Ultimately they use shady sales tactics and look to take advantage of and manipulate their customers. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
