My husband and I stopped in to browse before bringing our son back. Roger stepped out right away to help us. He was knowledgable about the available selection and thoughtful of our limited budget. Steve, the owner, came over to answer a few questions for us as well. We found 2 possible cars and came back a short while later with our son for a test drive. Once we decided on the PT Cruiser, making a deal was smooth and hassle free. Roger was respectful of our budget and worked hard with Steve to get us the best deal possible. There was no need for haggling and no pressure to make a sale. The atmostphere is relaxed and friendly, but professional. We were looking for a used car for a while for my wife and our budget was small. All used cars we found everywhere else were not without problem and none of the dealers gave any warranty. We found a used car in great condition, amazing customer service and a great price. The after sales experience was just as good. We had to go back for a little issue and instead of saying "sorry you already purchase the car go away" they actually said we will take care of you. Amazing!! The warranty included is with a 3rd party for power train, in reality they didn't have to take care of the issue we were having. Customer for life if I need a used car again. We have already recommended a friend because their service is the best. Honest family owned dealer! A rare gem in Jacksonville.

I had been looking for a car to my likes for a while. I had been to tillman on main street as well as kings rd did not like the service they kept trying to sell me cars i wasnt interested in just to make a sale. Then i decided to stop buy steve since i was riding by i walked the lot and feel in love with the scion tc i test drove it and i was sold. The scion had 2 minor issues which i talked to steve about and he gave me his word he would make the minor repairs and he did. My sales rep roger was patient and a pleasure to deal with. But i must say steves personalty is wonderful i call him my ray of sunshine he will brighten anyones day. I also had the pleasure of meeting his beautiful wife and she was great. Steve tillman and the tillman family are great people.

My vissit at Tillam Auto was one heck of an adventure with Steve Tillman and Roger. After wanting to whip Steve's fanny on the front porche of his lot trying to get a car that wouyld fit my budget. And not feeling like i could make that happen, I actually went and got back in my friends truck and was pouting until Steve and Jerry, my fiance came and held my hand and got me to come look and drive a car. Steve cut the price and did some repairs to the car and we made a deal. I am very happy to say that what I thought was going to be a big mess, really worked out for me and my 16 year old daughter that I bought the car for. Thankyou Steve and Roger. I visited the dealership on March 3rd looking for a Dodge Stratus. Upon locating the dealership, it looked average, nothing to brag about. I was completely blown away with the level of service we received. I will definitely recommend them and return once I need another vehicle. Good honest salespeople are hard to find... because they are over at Tillman. Family owned and run.
