You know that sleazy salesmen feel you joke about?

You know that sleazy salesmen feel you joke about? Well it's not a joke here. A false sense of comfort quickly turns into being out of pocket expenses. If they tell you they'll do something, better get it in writing and while you are physically there. Otherwise, don't expect anything from them once you leave the sales floor. A lot of "we've got you!", or "I couldn't get anybody in time today but don't sweat it, just call me tomorrow and we'll get it squared away for you". Shame on me for not trusting my gut in the moment. But, almost 8 hours at a dealer will put your judgement to the test to simply end the sales nightmare.

Very good customer service

We were very satisfied with the ease of making an appointment, and the communication that led up to our time slot. They understood our needs, ordered parts quickly and made a return appointment that fit our schedule very quickly.

New GMC Sierra 1500 Refresh

Just picked up my truck Friday 4/22/2022! Elevation 3.0 premium package and x31 package all black! Sales Guys told me its the only one in the area. Also got a $1250 Elevation premium package & X31 off-road protection package discount! Was not expecting that! This is my first GM vehicle and the process was smooth just like my new truck!( lol ) Put the reservation in last November great communication with sales team and NO HASSLE! Glad to be apart of the GM family! Thank you to Gary and Bishoy and finance @Alexander Buick GMC in Simi Valley CA.You guys have made this a truly wonderful experience!! Alexander Buick GMC will be my go to for all my truck needs and future vehicles!

My buying experience was excellent. After completing the purchase I visited the parts department to explore some accessories I was interested in. I rang their "customer waiting" bell multiple times. I could hear the bell and I could see the parts guy. He simply didn't respond. I took my accessory business where it would be appreciated and purchased about $2,000.00 of accessories elsewhere.

Dwayne was amazing with me, patient listen to my concerns that I had with my car! Let me know what is wrong what and what I could fix right now and affordable! Felt like they fixed my issue and made me so comfortable to able to come again to fix my minor issues! So thank you!

When service means service!

I purchased my truck at this dealership, When it was due for servicing I was glad to bring it here as my purchase experience was extraordinary. I was not surprised to find out the excellent treatment i recieved from Robert in Service. I felt he was there to inform and assist me in a complete manner to make me feel appreciated. Robert has me appreciating the professional service of "Service". I will be returning for future maintenance and looking forward to a long term relationship.

Service was quick, once I was helped. I mention a recall notice and service person never responded to my request to needing repair. I was just their for a simple oil change :-)
