DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. I purchased a car that was Moses assured me was in excellent condition with only one previous. The very FIRST week I had the car it had to be towed to a repair shop twice for engine problem I have spent nearly $4000.00 on repairs to the vehicle and that was just the first week I owned it. If you are looking for a used car DO NOT go to this place, they only have junk cars on the lot.

Cheap cars in good condition.
Test drove a couple of cars, and found one I really like. They were very nice and helped me out even though I took a while deciding which was was a good fit. Thanks and would recommend

Knowledgeable Sales Staff - NOT!
My son and I went to the dealership as we were car shopping for his 1st car. Found something he really liked seemed to be in good condition. After a test drive noticed that A/C was not blowing cold. Mo had the mechanic check the pressure and it was low so they refilled. We were leaving for test drive after a/c refrigerant added and he told us to please not take too long he had to leave. Went and came back we were satisfied with vehicle. Sat down and Mo ran all the numbers and gave me amount I needed to get from my bank. He stated had to leave could not do anything until after 3:00 p.m. My son had to work at 5:00 p.m. so originally told him would come back next day. My son called his work told them he was going to be late and we stayed around to finish the deal. After waiting for him and the other two clowns to get back from lunch the owner ran the numbers and finalized the paperwork and it was over $1000 dollars above what I was told to withdraw from the bank. After further review Mo Einstein gave me the price of another vehicle in stock similar to the one we drove. Owner said only making $100 off deal with higher price could not sell at that price. As we all know used car sales men are extremely honest. I did not expect them to sell me the vehicle due to his mistake but pay attention what you are doing. Wasted 4 hours of my time, trip to bank, and made my son late for work. I was extremely upset and made them very aware of my displeasure. The rocket scientist that made the mistake told me they did not need my business anyway...LOL. Would not accept a free car from this circus!!

Bad Busniess
Mr. Bennis why do you keep lieing? And this time it's on record with the courts. I really wish you could have gotton your records together. You did not try to get in touch with me. I was the one who was writing you by e-mail. You never did try to get in touch with me until June 20, 2014 by e-mail saying you where trying to get in touch with me, when was that? I looked at my caller ID and you never called me. And you did not e-mail me! See you in court! Miriam Lewis Sugar Land, Texas

Bad experience
Complaint on Quality Motors 1. At the start, I started my negotiations w/ Mo. I asked whether there was anything wrong with the car, whether fluids are OK and tune ups were required. He said that everything have been looked up by his mechanic and his sister was using the car and it was OK. 2. On my inspections, I told him I found the cup holder missing/broken, the hood shocks not holding up the hood anymore, and the signal switch was not engaging when switch to the left side. He said these could all be fixed. Then we agreed on the price after he called someone on the phone. 1st time to get the best price. Second time was to get go ahead on my offer. I said that I wanted to check the engine compression to be sure there was nothing wrong with the engine. And if the test showed poor compression results, I could return the car. He said this was acceptable and I said I wanted it in writing and he said there was no problem. 3. Then, the owner came out (Mr. Bennis which I later on found out was the owner) and started processing the papers. When Mo said that I requested for the repairs, he said this was not possible and agreed only to the shock replacements. Initially, I wanted to object but eventually just agreed as I liked the car. When he was making me sign the as is where is document, I mentioned some things I needed but he just brushed the issue aside and said there would be NO problem if I wanted to return the car by 1700 the next day. I requested someone to drive me home as I had a car with me and promised to drive them back. Mo drove me. On the drive back w/ Mo, I discovered that the panel lightning was now visible as it was already getting dark. I saw the panel warnings. When I asked, Mo said these were nothing and could not be reset. 4. Next day, I bought the car to the Pep Boys shop for complimentary visual inspection. They found the following: a. The right front wheel rim had a cracked that had been repaired by welding. b. One brake sensor was cut and another missing. The technician said this means that vehicle would fail the inspection. This was the reason the warning light was on. 5. I then called Quality Motors at a little past opening time (after 0900) to convey above findings. Voice mail answered. Call was returned by Mr. Bennis only past 1000 and was told that if I dont want the vehicle I could bring it back before 1100. He just kept repeating if you dont want it, bring it back now... I told him that that would be impossible unless he can get me a ride back, otherwise I will have to wait for my son in law so someone can bring me back home. He said this was NOT his problem! I just had to bring the car back! 6. I then told Pep Boys that I had to retun the car hence I did not have (any further test compression testing) done. Then had to complete the paperworks. I then drove the car back to Quality Motors. It was then that he insisted on seeing proof of the compression test w/c we never discussed on the phone. Then he mentioned that there will be a re-stocking fee. Also, he mentioned that the surcharge I paid (3%) which the credit card company charges them could not be refunded. He kept mentioning: did I sign the as is where is sale, etc. As we could not agree on his above requirements, I told him I had no option but to keep the car since I would need it to drive to California and will keep my options open for filing a complaint/suit as necessary. He even said that he was not afraid of any suit and would welcome me to file it. I then left. 7. Next day since fuel was already low, proceeded to fill up the car. It was then that I discovered there was NO fuel cap! I called and talked to Mo. He said they can no longer provide for the cap. In summary, there was improper disclosure on the part of the dealer and initial agreements were not all followed. Then when I tried to return the car BEFORE the agreed 1700 deadline, he was imposing a lot of unrecoverable cost w/c were never agreed upon previously!

GREAT!
I just bought a brand new 2013 Jetta TDI from them today and the service was excellent! All the staff were friendly from the minute I walked in. They had no problem searching all over the world for the car I wanted and was able to get the exact model I wanted. Since I was really picky with the model and features I didn't expect them to have it in stock but they were able to get me the vehicle within 24 hours.
