Classic bait and switch.

Classic bait and switch. The actual sticker price was much lower than the final cost. Check paper work before leaving the lot. Complained after taking paper work home. Tanner and Ziggy said that a refund would be sent to the credit union where the loan was taken out. No such refund ever appeared. So disappointed.

Pleasant customer service.

Pleasant customer service. Was given a time to wait, service was done in that timeline. Being able to schedule service online is very convenient.

Great customer service as always!

Great customer service as always! On Monday, Jan 12, my Tire Pressure Light came on while driving to work. I knew cold temps could affect the pressure, so I wasn't too concerned. When I got back in the car to leave, the light was still on. I called to see if it was possible if someone could look at the tire. I wanted make sure there wasn't something in the tire. They were able to get me in on short notice, which I called on Tuesday & made an appointment for Friday for a Oil Change. From my service advisors Nabeel & Grant to Justin my service technician, nothing but great customer service. Grant & Justin both answered a few of my questions that l had. I've always had great customer service. The staff at RD Mits are very friendly, caring, knowledgeable & treat you like family. They even have asked me how l & my Eclispe Cross were doing while l was waiting for my car to get done. I know dealerships can be more expensive, but I'll continue to come back because of the outstanding customer service.
