Zarate Auto Sales provided great customer service when purchasing my 2011 Ford Fusion. This car had low mileage and great price that I could not find any where else in Milwaukee or Racine county. They were honest and thoroughly answered every question I asked them. They set me up with a good and reputable financial institution who provided me a great low interest rate. I will definitely return for all of my service there as needed. Overall, comfortable and affordable car buying experience.

I dealt with Rick Zarate personally for an accident repair. Not only was he very professional and friendly, but his costs were half of the other quote given by a different repair shop. His work was very timely, and he had a rental car ready at the start. I would HIGHLY recommend Zarate's to everyone. I was in the workshop to speak to him, and the work area was very, very clean. I was impressed!

I have always had such good experiences at Zarate's. They explain the work that needs to be done, and you never feel taken advantage of. This time their estimate was more than $200 less than the dealership quote.

My car buying experience with all of the personnel at Zarate's was excellent. Each staff member that I encountered treated me fairly and with respect. They are men of their word, and it is clear that honesty and integrity are values which run deep throughout their business. All verbal agreements were honored by the staff, and they did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. The guys are all straight shooters, which can unfortunately be a rarity. I would recommend anyone to buy a car or toy here, and they will be on the top of my list when searching for my next vehicle. To sum it up, they treat you like one of their own, like you're apart of the family.

A few months ago I went to take my car into a different Auto/Body garage and was told I would have to repair well over $1,000 worth of front end equipment and wait atleast a week for the parts to come in. I took my car to Zarates and was very pleased with my first experience there. Not only did the staff tell me if I would have went to the other place I would have been purchasing things that were not needed, but would have been charged too much for it as well. After a few hours(not a week) my car was ready to take home. Needless to say I was smiling, but my wallet was too!

This was by far the worst experience Ive had buying a car from a dealer. They had checked several items on the safety inspection, namely brakes and lights as being good but were found defective by my mechanic within a week after buying the vehicle. While the service rep admitted that his mechanic missed the problems and could not have actually checked items the owner would not stand behind having them repaired. I live over 2 hours away and taking it back for repairs was not possible. The service manager was coming near my home and met me to drop off $100.00 and told me he had to fight with the owner to get that much and apologized. The repairs were over $400.00 for items they had checked as being good. I realize the truck was bought as is but items checked on the safety inspection should be covered if found defective and admitted to by the service mamager.

This was the most pleasant buying experience we have had in a very long time. No pressure, no middle sales person to deal with. We will certainly be back for more vehicles and service.

My husband and I just bought a used car from Zarates Auto Sales. They had great customer service along with a great facility! The owner was more than happy to assist us with the used car we were shopping for and he answered our email in a timely matter.
