For the Car I bought, I searched the internet, found the car, printed the price offer and was at the car lot the next day before they opened. First of... they open at exactly 9am, the car I wanted was there in front just like it was advertised online. i was test-driving at 9:10. The whole car buying experience took a good 2 hrs. after straightening out a hiccup with my loan application. which was my fault.. but the sales rep, and financial manager were top notch.. they go out and beyond to get you a good APR. I got a lexus es350,with very low miles and the greatest deal on an extended warranty. I will definitely be going back for an upgrade and they also offer outrageous trade in value. This place is My car buying hidden secret.

I purchased a used vehicle from this Automax Atlanta on 6/30/18. Before purchasing the vehicle, a 'We Owe' form was filed to document minor... repairs to be done on the vehicle. The repairs included brackets for the bumper, grill replacement and rust/dent repair. At the time, unbenounced to me till later, The grill was swapped, glue was placed on the bumper to hold it in place and paint was put over the rust/dent. While driving my car for one week, the bumper began to fall off. I took the car back and later found out that more glue was placed instead of putting proper bumper brackets on (I waited 3 hours in automax atlanta waiting area for the fake bumper bracket adjustment). To add insult to injury, the dealership did not process documents properly for me to get my tag/title. It's now 8/14/18 and I'm still trying to get my tag/title. As a retired veteran that has worked with many companies throughout the U.S. this is the worst dealership I've conducted business with! Everyone in this company is dishonest and lacks integrity. They do not value customers. They thrive off of unethical practices. I will continue to write reviews until the world knows about the lewd practices of this company
First, my rating is based on the DEALERSHIP not the CAR!!! Love the car!!! Dealership leaves major room for improvement! I'm a researcher so I knew... what I was buying before I purchased and what I should expect to pay. I also subscribe to an auto report company for history. I receive info from other sources than the dealership to prevent false records. Yes, I pay for this auto-report membership, but $39.95 for 30 days is well worth the investment to make sure I'm getting what I paid for! Now for the customer service! I live in TN. Bought the car 06/10/18 and was given a 45-day tag. Called and spoke with Manny 07/11/18 and told I would hear back in 1 hour! My GA temporary tag is going to expire in 7 days and I can't get a response from TRACY in finance nor the manager CARL. Then I called 6 times 07/16/18 and did not hear a word! I went to my DMV office 7/17/18 and nothing has been turned into the state of TN! Heard nothing all day yesterday. Now today 07/18/18 I have been sitting on hold for 30 minutes and counting! After Tracy finally picks up she informs me it's not her job to do titles she's only Finance not Titles & Registrations!?!?! Yet, Carl, Sam, Manny & David tell me she is the one I need to speak with regarding my tags! I tell her she should not have to take this kind of BS if its not her job! I will be more than happy to inform CARL that he and his team are in error on who is responsible!!! I asked her WHO is responsible because I will write a grievance letter & she refused to give me the name WHOS job it is since it's not hers and said: "It's a little girl, and I will take the heat for her!" How noble TRACY, but the "little girl" really should be taught how to do her job properly and YOU are doing her a serious DISSERVICE by enabling her to continue to do crap work and get paid while everybody else takes on her responsibilities! Finally, she tells me that the paperwork was sent via FedEx on 06/28/18. When I asked who signed for it and on what date... her reply it was signed for on 07/17/18. Now for you reader, What is the SLOWEST SERVICE you can get via FedEx and I'm willing to bet it is faster than 3 weeks! Next issue - why would you send it to my credit union and NOT DMV where it needed to go???? My suggestion - if you live out of state REFUSE TO PAY THE State SALES TAX, TAGS and the $99 "electronic filing fee" they charge on top of their DOC fee! There really ought to be a law that prevents companies from doing this!
My salesmen was David, we drove 4 hours to see this car. It had a rear view mirror that was glued on and a sunglass holder that was missing! We were told... it was perfect condition before we drove there. We paid cash with the promise of a new windshield and compartment door put on. They also were going to deliver the car within 2 days! They also promised 2 year oil changes. The car was finally delivered 7 days later with nothing fixed! No one returns your calls not even the sales manager. We filed a formal complaint on BBB.org and the dealership is acting like we are lying. We also found a hypodermic needle in the glovebox. I wouldn't send my enemy to these people.
I researched Cars.com for a Ford Flex and found one at Automax Atlanta. The internet price was within my budget, so I called the dealership and spoke with... Samuel. He understood that me being an out of state buyer how important it was to give me an honest opinion about the vehicle before I made the trip down to Atlanta to test drive and purchase the car. He was a pleasure to work with. The sales manager, Shawn, was equally nice and honest. The internet price was $2000 less than their sticker price. They honored it and gave me more than I expected for my trade-in. They also offered me a great deal on an extended warranty. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service, experience and ultimately my purchase. I would recommend them to other buyers, especially out of state. Something else worth noting... They do offer free shipping to neighboring states which I could have taken advantage of had I not minded making the trip to Atlanta.
Like the the way we were offer maitaince for 2 years and salesperson was very knowledgable car was priced resonable and I bought warranty as well over... all experience was great
