not good

went in looking at a specific truck. at first one of the guys seemed nice but after test driving they were not very professional. started filling out an application and one of the salesmen basically threw a pen at me(not in a good way) basically after that I was ignored for about 2 hours. they kept saying they were waiting on the application to go thru. they would tell me something every 25-30 minutes. didn't like the way I was treated and will never return. The owner certainly didn't show any type people skills towards me it was as if he was doing me a favor by me being there.

These guys are the best!

These guys are the best! The detailing guys make the trucks look awesome, The pictures online look amazing, and the sales crew is very professional and have all the info you could ever need. But best of all is there prices, you can't beat them!!!

Everyone at the office was great

Everyone at the office was great told them problems after test drive. They fix it right away with no issues. Sat and spoke with salesman for a while and listen gave advise about other vehicles. Would recommend this company yo anyone looking for a great truck or car.

problem with vehicle

i contacted a brad with watts to trade in my truck for an suv, made as easy as any one could for a sales man.i had my suv lifted by them and wheels and tires.i was suppose to get it before xmas but it took way longer 3 weeks later.then to get my origanal wheels from the suv back couse i payed for the extras and ended up getting wheels that were diffrent then the ones that were on the suv, not the ones i had payed for wene purchasing the suv....wene i got my suv the lights on the dash like stabalizer and traction control were on my wheels rub wene i back up or turn,and contac ted brad to let him know they sent me the wronge wheels he said he get back with me 3 weeks ago havnt heard from him....i guess im pretty upset wont go back...

Awesome Dealership

I have purchased over 15 trucks from these guys over the course of them being in business.I can say without a doubt they are among the best in the business. Not your typical dealership. Guys are relaxed, chilled and wearing flip flops and shorts. ( I don't Think Blain even combs his hair, although he says he does HA HA )they are also calm yet very up beat and maintain a very family, and fun atmosphere.Its simple,You walk in ask about a truck they get your license and toss you the keys its that Black and white. No grey area!!!! They aren't pushy, There is no sales tower with a bunch of guys finding ways to maximize the sell.Its just simple. Ask how much and they will give you a price. ask for a better price and the guy right on the spot will tell you that as well. Not a " Let me see what my manager can do" No hard close's, No Games, No gimmicks. it's just a smooth deal. Trust me when I say they offer a great product and each truck sells itself. Another nice thing is the staff is so friendly the owners cruise around talking to customers joking and laughing and interacting with their staff and even getting out on the lot to help customers. one last thing.. If you drive up and nobody rushes out don't take it offensive. They just don't rush out bombard you and start the whole sells spill..they give you room to look around with out the pressure. Way to go Guys for setting a new standard in the car industry..

The service was friendly, the guys aren't pushy or create pressure for you to buy. They want to help you find what works best for you. Plus the truck is great.

Great place to do business with a friendly staff

I just purchased my 6th vehicle from Watts Automotive and wanted to say thank you again for all the wonderful service over the years. Unlike other dealers I've dealt with in the past, the people at Watts will treat you the way you expect to be treated; like a human being, not just another sale. They have always stood behind their vehicles for me, even when I know they didn't have to. In a world where fewer and fewer people stand behind a handshake, it's nice to know there are still businesses out there with integrity. Thank you again, Watts Automotive!

There the Best

I purchased a vehicle from Watts Automotive just over a couple of weeks ago. My initial phone call was in regard to a vehicle listed on the website, but over the course of the conversation, Bret Watts (owner) took personal initiative to find me exactly what I wanted as well as a vehicle that worked for me and my financial situation. I was truly surprised at the level of attention when I spoke of my credit history due to the recent recession and loosing a business of my own. I was treated as if I was purchasing a luxury car with CASH! I am pleased above and beyond with the customer service, the integrity of the staff, and the speed of the transaction. Watts automotive, very happy

I just want to write a quick review to tell others and WATTS automotive how much I appreciate working with people who take care of you. I needed a new car for my wife and we couldnt find what I wanted anywhere. I called Watts and talked with Bret and he didnt have what we where looking for but asked me to give him a day to see what he could find. I just assumed that I would never here from him again but the next day he called and had found exactly what I wanted at a very fair price. I picked up a 2011 yukon xl that evening and could not be happier. Great experiance from A-Z. Thanks
