I have always hated the process involved in buying a new vehicle and was not looking forward to shopping so I did most of my shopping online. I wasn't
sure what type of SUV I wanted but my salesman, Chris Wilkerson, made it simple for me and gave me options. He even posted videos online for me to view the different features of each SUV. This made my search so much easier so I went in for a test drive and he was not pushy at all. He made the process fun and never twisted my arm to come in or buy. He simply gave me all of the information I needed and compared vehicles for me to help me find the right one. I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox from Chris and I love it. I would recommend Joe Cooper Chevrolet to anyone and I would defiantly recommend Chris as a salesman.

The buying process was good... I called and asked if the Ford F150 Truck was on the lot... they said yes and then even put it in an easy to get to spo
t before i showed up.... Salesman was good and the dealer negotiator was good to deal with ... was honest and represented the dealer well. I have not used the repair as the truck was sold as is so any defect is my problem... although the vehicle did have a bad positive binding post on the battery but i coped with it myself.... good experience so far.
We drove 6 hours to buy a Ford Edge from them. We were told it was in perfect condition and it was a non smoking vehicle. First off, there were whit
e specs all over the vehicle. We ended up having it detailed. That didn't get it off. I ended up getting it off with a clay bar. Not impressed with the presentation of the vehicle since they knew we were driving 6 hours and paying 25000 cash plus our trade in. When we got home, we found a cigarette burn on the headliner. Non smoking vehicle? We also lost a part on the lower trim on the way home. I talked to the sales manager and told him about the cigarette burn and the part we lost. He recommended I have the burn repaired and he said he would send the part that fell off. I gave our salesman my address and the list of parts needed to repair the trim. I was told, Got it---I will take care of it on my end. Never received the part and never heard anything else from them. I ended up buying the parts and repairing it myself. It was disappointing because the people there really were nice. Just not pleased overall.

I was quoted a price to repair a certain problem. After they did their $125 non-refundable inspection (unless you go ahead and let them repair), the
price went up a few hundred dollars more since it was more involved than they thought. I got a partial repair at the original price but not a full repair. There are other mechanics out there who will do the job and are trustworthy. If you are just so desperate that you still think that you have to go to Joe Cooper, get everything in writing before agreeing to anything. Otherwise, you just may wind up as I did- not happy at all.

e laget complaints, I was a car salesmen back years ago , you can only fool . Fools they don't put enough oil in your car, they don't check anything and when they do they don't know what they are talking about. We need a better dealer here that hires people that care about there jobs
