I have always hated the process involved in buying a new vehicle and was not looking forward to shopping so I did most of my shopping online. I wasn't... sure what type of SUV I wanted but my salesman, Chris Wilkerson, made it simple for me and gave me options. He even posted videos online for me to view the different features of each SUV. This made my search so much easier so I went in for a test drive and he was not pushy at all. He made the process fun and never twisted my arm to come in or buy. He simply gave me all of the information I needed and compared vehicles for me to help me find the right one. I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox from Chris and I love it. I would recommend Joe Cooper Chevrolet to anyone and I would defiantly recommend Chris as a salesman.

This is the most crooked/dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with in my 50 years of owning Chevrolet vehicles! The dealership double charged for labor... to replace a "drive belt". The belt tensioner bearing went out and caused the belt to break. They charged me labor to change the belt and labor to change the tensioner. Looking online, the labor to replace the belt is included with the replacement of the tensioner. Calling my local dealer, the price they gave me to do the job was about $330 less than Joe Cooper. The $330 was what they wanted to charge me to just replace the belt. If they would have charged me for the replacement of the tensioner and the additional cost of the belt ($90), they were within a few dollars of the other dealer and what information I could find online for the would have been the correct amount. I WILL NEVER USE JOE COOPER CHEVROLET/CADILLAC AGAIN, I WILL PAY THE EXTRA TO HAVE IT TOWED TO A HONEST DEALERSHIP!

Great experience. The internet price was what I paid. Several dealerships wanted to add a dealership fee or a CPO fees but Joe Cooper's price was what... they said it would be. I drove 3hrs one way to buy the vehicle and it was well worth the drive.
Unlike another local OKC Cadillac dealer, Joe Cooper Cadillac actually honored their internet price. Joe Cooper also didn’t have any ridiculous dealer... add ons like $750 for tinted windows and nitrogen tires. Macen had the car ready to test drive when we arrived. The buying process was pleasant with no surprises and they gave us a fair price for our trade in. Would definitely buy from Joe Cooper Cadillac again. It’s well worth the short drive from OKC.
Joe Cooper Chevy had my dream truck on their property! I was informed by my salesman that the Black Widow package Z-71 was available. The truck was clean... when I test drove and the salesman answered my questions. When I met the manager on duty that evening he treated me like family and gave me a good value on the truck that I traded in. The staff treated me well in my overall experience. Competent staff and I would buy from them again. This was my second purchase.
