I bought a car in November of2022 I never received. My plates.. icalledThey told me that Hector would give me my title. Received it no refund now I have get everything done myself.. They said Hector would give me my title. He did. it's still not in my name. I paid full price for tags, title, and license. This place is a fraud do not go there. I am about to take them to court

Perchased a vehicle in April of 2023 this place has bad service and I never receive my my title from them I had to go through the dmv and courthouse to get my registration sticker and plates. That I had already paid them for upon paying cash for the vehicle so yes I will be taking them to court and please don’t waist your hard earned money on doing business with this car lot because they don’t run a good business at they never answer the phone & when they do they place you on hold. Please don’t spend your money at this car lot . Red flag 🚩

I got myself a decent cheap car with Reliable. Traded the car for a newer one with CARMEX. Probably will go back soon, to get me another car... Lee Bracken(retired teacher).

This place is dirty - and they are running a scam —-Do Not Go There— You buy a car cash they will not give you your plates —- We got a car and it’s been 8 months — still no plates — Then we just found out the owner just lost his license to sell cars because he will not give people there plates — Some women that works there that won’t give her name when you ask for it , is rude and hangs up on you. We are reporting them , I suggest any one else that is having problems like we’re having , report them.

Yall will be shut down real soon.. trust and believe. All deserve to lose licenses. The worse buying experience of my 27 years. Please don't buy a car from this side lot.. these people are SCAMMERS and don't care about nothing but the next dollar. Anyone bit them. They have already lost license but still selling cars. Yall will be out of business before the year is out. I promise that.

I don't know why their website is still up. TEXAS DMV HAS SHUT THEM DOWN. That was their excuse when I went to see them to get the metal plate I had been promised . They issues 3 temporary plates to me and told me I had to call Hector again and he would take care of the paperwork. Hector isn't answer the phone and won't return emails. Now I'll have to get a bonded title. What a freakin mess.

Hello mr Hector I'm Michael Washington i have a 2004 Nissan murano if you give me the information to take to Court I will go myself to get my license plate and titles its better than waiting all this time 7 months is a long time for something I paid for and can't drive it. We bought a car from them for our daughter on 5/4/23. Ernesto Morales (the new owner) was our salesman, and sold us a decent car. The problem is that we never got a call about the plates/title. Went up there and spoke to Ernesto only to be handed a piece of paper with an email and informing us the same as others that Hector is no longer licensed and he had our paperwork and money. Took a few weeks and demand letters, calls etc to get the title and transfer form, but no refund for what we paid to get the transfer done. We are out over 400 for the title work that needs to be done and they refuse to give us our money back. They STOLE OUR MONEY! Stay clear of this place. Changing their name with TX Sec. of State doesn't make them non-responsible it just makes the red tape a little harder to handle and that is what they are hoping for.

Bought car here over a year ago and still have not received plates or title. I paid in full cash and Hector keeps giving me the run around. I called yesterday and was told that Hector is the mgr and is no longer with the company and reliable Cash cars #1 is no longer open. Yet they are still operating and answering the phone. Total xxxxxxxx. They told me to email Hector and he had to respond...I have been calling this guy direct and nothing. Please please don't buy cars from this place they are con artist and will sell you a car that you can't own. ... Nicole whitlock

Bought a Honda CR-V in may 2023. Still haven't received tags, plates or title. Went up there because my paper plates was stolen & they gave us a paper saying the state revoked their license for tags. They are frauds!!!!
