worst dealer ever

This dealership is the worst! i bought a jaguar from then and went to pick it up and there was a huge crack on the windshield that wasnt there beforehand. they promised to order me a new one and replace it. then the pandemic happened and i tried to be patient. they claim they called me, they didnt. i called for months and they told me to get a quote from a jaguar mechanic, i did. they said it was too much. they now claim its been a year, it hasnt. they claim its a matter of warranty, it is illegal to sell a car with a broken windshield. now the owner is on vacation and not taking my calls and they have a minor child making the decisions. please tell me what to do at this point because i am about to sue them for everything. this is negligence at its finest and i would NOT buy a car from them for anything. i wont even mention the other issues that i am experiencing with the car and again it has been less than a year and it is madness. i am about to get a lawyer and take them to court.


a nightmare and untrust ,bad return policy

make sure when you go there you get the facts and make sure u get everything in on pen and paper no money out from your pocket if nothing is in writing . also make sure u have the car check by your own auto tech first this place do bussiness with to much different people making price its the worst

The best decision you will ever make, I promise !!! Great customer service ! The staff is very helpful and respectful !! They gave me 1 year free oil change !!! They did not charge me any extra fees!! Kapos is a very good dealership! I bought 3 cars from them! I reccomend to everyone!!


Online listing not accurate.

If you advertise something as a manual transmission, it should be a manual transmission... not paddle shifters or you can select the gear your car is in electronically.... it means STICK SHIFT. It's not that hard... pick the right one from the drop down when you list a car and don't waste peoples time.
