I went to Holmes Honda to look at a Honda my son sent a

I went to Holmes Honda to look at a Honda my son sent a link to. I had been to several dealerships and my intention was to look at the SUV Holmes Honda had and move on to the next dealership since I was in Shreveport. Well, here comes Colby Crowder, all smiles, welcoming, and all business. He made sure the SUV I was looking at was the one I wanted. He did NOT try to convince me to purchase anything I wasn’t interested in. He told me everything about the car, including the fact it still had to be serviced. He was honest with me didn’t try to sugar coat the car to make a sell. After test driving it, I decided I need NOT go anywhere else. Everything Colby told me would be done to the car in the service department WAS done, new tires, new windshield, A.C. serviced, everything mechanical was serviced. Colby’s main priority was selling me a dependable and safe car to drive. Colby made me feel like he was my son and would take care of his mama! I trusted him that much. I was in a rental car, Colby even called me to let me know I could take the rental back and Holmes Honda would give me a loner while my Honda was being serviced! Not only that they would meet me at the rental car company! Colby made the whole experience of buying my SUV a great experience. I was treated as if I was buying a Honda Prologue instead of a preowned SUV. Colby Crowder is the best! I even had the pleasure of meeting one of the service guys. He too was all smiles, polite and respectful. My impression of Holmes Honda…it’s not just the sale of a vehicle but the service of the vehicles they sell as well. You can bet if and when I decide to get another vehicle, it will be from Colby at Holmes Honda. Also, you can bet everyone has already heard of the great service I got from Colby and Holmes Honda. I forgot to mention, I love my little SUV! Thank you Colby for making this car buying trip a great experience

I went to Holmes Honda to look at a Honda my son sent a link to. BEWARE!!!!SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A SCAM!!!

My daughter purchased a brand new 2023 Honda last summer and it took two months to get. In October 2022 all the lights in the dash starting to come on. She took the car into Holmes Honda in Shreveport 5 or 6 times from October until now and every time she goes in there she has a bill ranging from $300-$1,200. Today she went to pick up the car up after they had it a month, the part is now under warranty and the bill is only $77 dollars. Chandler Smith who's a service advisor there was very rude after we questioned why all of a sudden the bill was very cheap. He was very dismissive and attempted to attack us as if we were making up things saying she has not had to pay anything. We will not ever be purchasing a Honda from the Shreveport location again. VERY VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

It don’t Even deserve a one star they are very Trashy with their place of business explaining things to they’re supposed to be customers have the worst employee managers, especially think they over something and I could tell you what the policy, but not being there for their customer when it’s all a bunch of bull cause I know they could do whatever they can and want to do for somebody that they know. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Holmes Honda Shreveport Buying Assistance

I would like to report, publicly, about my car buying experience that I had at Holmes Honda, Shreveport. I had a very pleasurable visit that ended up with me buying a used vehicle that I really am happy to have. The sales person that I dealt with is a Professional named Rodney Jefferson. He was professional in every way. Rodney was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and pleasing to deal with in every aspect of our visit. I did not go to the dealership expecting to do a purchase that day but with Rodney’s professionalism and kindness I feel assured that he was the reason that I wound up buying a very good vehicle. I would recommend Rodney to anyone who is in search of an auto whether new or used. I’m truly thankful that we were introduced to Rodney that day. Thanks to Holmes Honda and Rodney Jefferson.

HOLMES HONDA IS GREAT.

MICHAEL PRICE was our salesman. He was extremely polite, answering every question we had about the truck we were interested in. Purchasing the truck was smooth and without problems. We hope to have a long and successful relationship with Holmes Honda. MICHAEL PRICE will be the salesman I recommend to all of my friends and family. (Both of my sisters drive CRV'S) When they need new a new Honda I will send them to MICHAEL PRICE because I know he will treat them fair.

Not Professional

Based on my recent experiece, I am very dissatisfied with the service at Shreveport Honda. Original Michelin tires on my HRV still under warranty, I had a case number for Holmes Honda and I was told they've never done this or don't know how by the tech. Spoke to Jamaal the service manager. When I said they will get the check from Michelin , Jamaal made the call and Michelin is honoring warranty. I have not received a follow up call from Jamaal, left a voice mail at Honda and no response. It is now 3 days later.

Michael Price was my salesman. I was shopping for a new car and he was very courteous and helpful. He always had a smile and went out of his way to help me. If I ever need help, I know I can call him. It was definitely a pleasant experience and I would recommend Michael to be your salesman.
