Avoid this dearship at all costs, bought a car from them

Avoid this dearship at all costs, bought a car from them in March 2025, less than 9 months later transmission goes bad, dealer no interested and was told this is what happens when you buy a used car but we can fix it for $7500. Thanks AutoWorld for an amazing experience, you should be ashamed of yourselves

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Wayne. We understand how frustrating it can be to experience a major mechanical issue after ownership. At the time of purchase, an extended warranty was offered and declined, which is why coverage was not available when this issue occurred. We consistently recommend extended coverage to help protect our customers’ investments on pre-owned vehicles. As with all used vehicles, repairs that arise outside of any applicable warranty are the responsibility of the owner. When asked, we did provide a repair option. While we regret that this situation was disappointing, we wish the circumstances had been different and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Good Cars for Good People.

Yes you did offer a warranty on this vehicle at an extra charge and you did offer a repair deal of nearly $7000, now had I had this vehicle for a while that would have been appreciated but considering the money a paid for this lemon I was expecting more that 8 months of driving out of it before a major part went bad, your lack of responsibility was amazing, and you offering me a deal on a new car was amazing, not to mention this problem was brought to your attention very soon after buying this car and nothing was done, anyone wants to buy a car from this dealer be very cautious

I would be very careful on what you buy here. I purchased a 1988 F-150 from here last June/July and it has been on the road for a total of 12 miles. "you have to make a decision now, have people making offers and ready to go". I let him know, as a disabled veteran, I would not be able to make it there to inspect it and would hire a local mechanic to take a look. Bob Or bill or whomever the general manager is on Classics saying you won't find much wrong with it. Drives great. Drove for 12 miles and shut down. Even the brake lights were not working. My mechanic has just about stripped the engine down and replacing things I never even heard of. This place is shady as all get out and I'll continue to let people know until they make it right. I paid close to 12k--so 1k per mile it has worked. They even jammed up the passenger side window to make it look like it worked and 100% doesn't. They use photoshop to hide dents, rust, etc. To all and most of all, Veterans---be careful. Should I have gone down there to test it out? yep. Should they have been honest and say it's going to take 4-6k to get to a level of reliability? Yep. (I had to pick a star as they don't give a negative star but they deserve it)

Mr. Bossard, We’re disappointed by your review, especially considering the many efforts we made to help resolve your concerns. When you experienced issues with your vehicle, we immediately offered several solutions including repairs, a full buyback, or applying your equity toward another vehicle. You chose to keep the truck and use a service facility that charged above standard labor rates. Even so, your warranty company covered the majority of the bill, and we stepped in to cover an additional $600 to reduce your out of pocket cost. Throughout the process, we worked in good faith to support you far beyond what was required. As for your comments about Jason, we stand by our team’s integrity and the condition of our vehicles. You were provided full vehicle history at the time of purchase. While we always welcome honest feedback, your review doesn’t reflect the full picture or the level of effort we’ve made to assist you.
