Going on 2 months after buying a caddy and still no tags or title, paid cash for it. Every time I call them ,they promise me I'll get tags and title by the end of the week. I do not recommend buy a car from them. When I threatened to have our attorney contact them they call me 2 weeks ago and said I would have title and tags by the end of the week 2 weeks ago. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING A CAR FROM THEM. JAMIE AND AL ARE THE ONES WHO HAVE BEEN BLOWING xx UP MY ARSE.

Dishonest employees from the salesman (Tevin) to finance
Dishonest employees from the salesman (Tevin) to finance manager (Aaron) to the GM (Jefuia) would never patronize this business again. Purchased a vehicle and the next day the CEL came on. They had the vehicle a month to be exact and doing the duration, charged me for gap and extended warranty. I asked for gap to be removed and Aaron tried to be cocky and arrogant and state he would get his account to remove it once the deal is funded. I found out two months later, they never asked for it to be removed. In addition to that I was just informed I got an oil change plan that consists of 2 oil changes a year, total two years and was billed $1k for this package. Not one time was this mentioned or suggested to me.

Terrible experience, Buyer be aware.
Horrible experience. Called to purchase vehicle for 4 days. Client manager said Manager Jamie would call back. Never called back. Spoke with Shawna told her I was interested in 2018 Cadillac. Called her back was sent to a voice message that was full. Called back operator said she doesn’t have a voice mail so I left a message. No call back. Meanwhile, manage Jamie didn’t return calls for 3 days. Client manage Pablo text me. Told him story. He says he told manage Jamie I was trying to contact him. Now, Pablo has gone silent. No rude or nasty remarks. Cash customer.
