These guys Suck they took in Trade a Tesla for a used Truck,When I went to pick it up they had it on a lift, making my inspection only visible. They. Drove the for 500+ miles from Bossier LA too Dallas to deliver it overheated it has a cracked Radiator now their telling me it was As Is deal!!! This Dealership Landers Dodge are lying POSs. Called them several times to speak to the GM but he hasn't called. Once the Truck was delivered they just got the Tesla and drove off too Blossier.😡😡🤬🤬

I would 1000% not recommend this dealership. I made an appointment to see a particular vehicle and then Stephanie called me to confirm my appointment. I get to the dealership and the vehicle I made an APPOINTMENT to see was loaned out to a customer. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? WERE THERE NO OTHER VEHICLES TO LOAN? AND WHY CALL ME TO CONFIRM MY APPT AND NOT TELL ME THE VEHICLE IM DRIVING MORETHAN 2 HOURS TO SEE IS NOT THERE?

Having owned several Ram trucks in the past (94 Ram, 98 Ram, 99 Ram Quad, 2002 Durango, and 2012 Bighorn 1500. I was quite sure of what I wanted before going to the dealership. Used the tools on the websites to find the right truck. Landers had it. I needed something to pull my new new travel trailer safely. My 1500 had plenty of power but, in a good wind the trailer swayed a bit. Better safe than sorry. The 2500HD 4x4 was the truck to get, The BigHorn trim is very nice add for comfort. HEMI nuff said....

I started in 1999 buying Dodge Carvan, the next one was 2004 and when I traded in 2015 it only had 65,000. I wanted an upgrade so I bought a 2015 Grand Carvan with all the bells and whistles in my wife favorite color red. All 3 where sold to us by James Gillis, he was a great salesman and I told what we wanted and he made it happen. I will never buy anything but a Dodge from Landers and James Gillis. He even sold a Dodge Dart to my sister-in-law the next day. Great job James.Best dealership in the state of Louisiana.
