NO STARS IS MORE LIKE IT!

NO STARS IS MORE LIKE IT! After having bought several vehicles from Landers we expected the same experience when our daughter was getting her first car! NOPE, not this time. It was made very clear what the budget was, otherwise, we would look elsewhere. Salesperson said, No problem!! He found an appropriate vehicle that would fit her price range, put her in the vehicle, test drove it, SHE LOVED IT. Reminded the salesperson of the BUDGET!! Again, told no problem!! He runs our credit, everything looks GREAT! Then the manager comes out and tells her the payment...$70 OVER the budget?!?!?! That may not seem like a lot, but to a college student that's CRAZY!!! Three hours wasted just to have this asinine manager completely ignore what we said. AFTER BUYING 5 VEHICLES, WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM LANDERS. No wonder every time we've gone there we never had the same salesperson!

Do not believe anything this man says.

Do not believe anything this man says. Sales means more to him than being straight forward. Been looking for a Grand Cherokee for About 2 to 3 mo. I was corresponding with Hilary. Thought we had numbers close enough to come in. Got a quote and it had a environmental charge and Highway charge for 780 and 595. Made it clear that that was a deal breaker. If it is not on the MSRP Sicker I am not paying for it. Came in on April 8, talked to Steve Williams. Looked a 2 made it clear to him that I would not pay that. They were working the numbers (Retired Military). Came back with MSRP 44530 and with rebate/incentives it was 6500 off, but the Environmental and Highway was still on. Out the door 43966. Made it clear again will not pay the Environmental and Highway. Then Joe Came back how does it look now. He down graded the discounts and incentives to 5375 making the out the door price the same. Like i am not going to see the price is the same. Then tried to say I got them discounts because of the Environmental and Highway. This is why Car Salesman don't look good.

I have a recall relating to my transmission as well as a sensor that needs replaced. The sensor was ordered. Once the parts arrived, I scheduled the repairs. They’ve had my vehicle for two weeks, and it hasn’t been touched. I was called last Wednesday and told my vehicle would be sent to the technician to begin repairs Thursday. Monday I reviewed a text saying it was still awaiting an available technician. When I called to ask why my vehicle had been sitting to two weeks and not looked at after making an appointment, I was told things had been that way for a while. So if you make an appointment, don’t assume that has anything to do with when the work will actually be completed. Oh, and make sure you have alternative transportation. Your vehicle may be with them for a long time - a vehicle you’re insuring and possibly still paying for.

Always a great experience with Landers.

Always a great experience with Landers. They will do everything they can to help get you in a vehicle. The sales staff makes the car buying experience pleasant and exciting. The Service dept are always efficient and has the nicest staff! Thank you Landers! :)
