Working with JT was definitely a good experience I showed

Working with JT was definitely a good experience I showed up a few minutes late and he was still in good spirits and eager to help me the vehicle that I did come to look at had already sold but he showed me some better vehicles with lower mileage so that is definitely a plus we had test drove 2 vehicles to see if they suited me and if I was comfortable he definitely isn’t like a regular sales person that is like robotic you can actually have a conversation with him and kinda get to know who you are talking to you know and he talks you through the process so you know what you’re signing on and you know what you need to be able to afford the vehicle and basically just know what you’re getting into which is definitely helpful for anyone looking to buy overall he is a good person and a great salesman I would definitely recommend going to him for a next vehicle.

I bought an oil change/ tire rotation package.

I bought an oil change/ tire rotation package. On my 3rd service they were unable to unlock my wheels to do a rotation and I was told I could come back when I had a key. I was told by Preston that he would note my account that i would be coming back for a rotation. I came back a little over a week later to buy a new lug nut key which cost me 60 bucks. I asked service for a tire patch and the rotation I had already paid for in my oil change package. I was told I had to pay for the tire rotation again the manager was unwilling to over ride the charge. I have been a customer for 7 years. I always get my service here. They lost me as a customer today. Over 30.00

Called in to have my 2016 ram 1500 worked on for recalls

Called in to have my 2016 ram 1500 worked on for recalls and failed fuel sensor made a appointment 3weeks in advanced dropped vehicle of Wednesday morning and it’s now Sunday and my vehicle has still not been dispatched to a technician mean while spending money on a rental car while my vehicle is just sitting at Landers Bossier City this is the worst service I have ever been apart of not to mention they are not willing to help with rental fees are even offer a loaner vehicle,I will never by from here again if this is the type a service I will be receiving service DEPARTMENT DO better!!!!!!
