I was in need of a vehicle...my credit is less than perfect.. the car was a 2006 Hyundai Sonata. I put more of a downpayment than required and my payment... was still 406.00 and you add in full coverage insurance you're looking at nearly 600.00 monthly..Than a couple of months in the nightmare started...first check engine light than , I had to buy tires ,it wouldn't pass inspection...contacted Auto Connection and was given the run around....and than the transmission went out. Yeah they're really sorry..And the owner Michael Wayne is one of the most deceptive people. If you ask to talk to him they will tell you he is not there, but he is creeping around the back of dealership being slimy .....sorry I went there.....
Great service. Wait time wasn’t long at all. UB the salesman definitely got me straight even while dealing with other customers @ the VB location! Front... desk was very swift with closing out all the paperwork!
Over charge for cars you end up owing 50 more than car is worth they dont fully stand behind thier cars with warranty read all the fi nb e print
Bought 2009 Chrysler Town and country have had nothing but trouble now the engine is shot I wouldn't buy a cow from hem only had a couple years

Where do I begin....my experience with the Auto Connection of Norfolk was truly awesome from the time I stepped foot in the door. URIEL BARNES - Can... we say professional, patient, respectful, informative, detailed, and his customer service was truly outstanding! I honestly can say you all hit the jackpot when you hired this amazing man. He not only ensured I got the attention I needed to make this purchase. He made me feel as if I mattered. You don't get that too often sadly in the world of customer service these days. As Uriel was answering my million questions (LOL) he still greeted other customers who walked with a smile on his face and his energy was ALWAYS POSITIVE and CARING. I could have honestly shopped around other places but his customer service was so spot on I didnt have to go anywhere else. I was drawn to how awesome he made my experience at the Auto Connection...because of Uriel I will always refer others to specifically go to the Auto Connection in Norfolk VA. RICKY GREGORY - What great management. You can always tell how a business is ran by the leader. Ricky was professional, funny, charming and I love how "to the point" he was. He answered all of my questions as well. Ricky also had order and that is very important when doing business. I am a very observant woman and that was one of the first things I noticed about him other than his professionalism of course. He was very organized and ready for any questions I had. That says so much about a person in this business. Again Auto Connection what a great choice of managment. You hit the jackpot with Ricky. BRIA SALTERS - That smile, pretty eyes, charisma, and gentle spirit would describe Bria. She is a sweetheart from the time I walked in until I left. I dont know exactly her title whether it is the receptionist, customer care rep, etc....all I know is Auto Connection did a great job of hiring Bria to represent the company . She is truly a great young lady. My experience with Auto Connection clearly was GREAT! I mean it....Thank you so very much! I am happy with my car selection but even more grateful for meeting such a great staff.
