Would have left a 0 star review if possible. They sold me me a car with a wood screw holding on the door trim and when I took it back they said it wasn’t there when I bought it. They are crooks that don’t stand behind there product.

Worst dealership, Horrible service, over priced, used

Worst dealership, Horrible service, over priced, used vehicles that will tear up on you the second you drive off the lot, and they will not care about you or the car they sold you. Leaving you in 13 k debt and a car you now have to get repaired. Please don’t be an idiot like me. Do not use this dealership.

Worst dealership, Horrible service, over priced, used vehicles that will tear up on you the second you drive off the lot, and they will not care about you or the car they sold you. Worst dealership I have ever been to, bought a used car

Worst dealership I have ever been to, bought a used car from them and the transmission starts messing up after only 2 days after driving off there lot, so when I contacted them after 2 hours of everyone dodging calls my, I finally speak to “Ryan” some type of fake manager. & he let me know they do not to care at all, they aren’t fixing anything, I bought as is. And they were not going to do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else or you will highly regret dealing with interstate dodge in West Monroe

Have only had one visit with this dealer, but I hope that

Have only had one visit with this dealer, but I hope that I never have to return. I had to visit with an emergency tire situation. To simply patch a low tire, I spent about 4 hours there and was charged almost $50.00. In addition, the shop managed to break the tire monitoring sensor. Rather than replace it, they sent me on my way. To repair the sensor cost me another $85.00 when I got home. Repeated calls and emails have gone unanswered.
