I searched and found the truck I was looking for at Sewell. I purchased the truck, but I had a horrible Transport company experience. I live in Atlanta,... Georgia and flew in after a week of waiting on several transport companies to follow through. My salesman was Kyle Thornton. This was superb, to say the least. What truly impressed about Kyle was, after I flew in and he knew I was doing a two-hour turn around drive back to Atlanta,(823 miles) Kyle, gave me his cell number and told me to call him if I became tired or sleepy. Now that's TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE in my opinion! Kyle's professionalism and courtesy made my car buying experience second to none. I wish you guys were here in Atlanta. Thanks again.

I found a car on the internet, gave specific instructions not to contact me unless the deal could be done as I requested. Adam called me, he did not read... my message, then insulted me with a lowball offer. When I rejected it he tried to school me on how car deals are done!! I have A+ credit and have bought my own cars for 35 years!! i know how its done. No Sewell difference here.

This was our first Infiniti QX60 buying experience and we had a wonderful experience with Sewell Fort worth. The salesperson Adam was very helpful and... was always quick in responding to our queries. The process was so smooth and straightforward, mostly done over phone/text and no pressure to visit the dealership. We visited only once when we felt like. Adam answered all our questions regarding the feature details of various packages. They did their best to make sure that we get the brand new car at a great price.I would definitely refer them to someone who is looking to buy Infiniti. I hope they do the same if I need their help in services and post sale issues, if any.
Update on my interaction with Sewell Infiniti. I arrived at the dealership on Saturday afternoon to retrieve some paperwork and other items from my vehicle... as I determine how this situation will be resolved. Of course, the service advisor and Service manager were not anywhere to be found. I spent over an hour and a half attempting to retrieve items from my vehicle. A driver takes me to the vehicle and then he is unable to use the key to unlock my car; electronically or manually. He looks at me and says" o well, I can't get it unlocked, I guess you will need to come back another day". I let him know that was not an option. I made a trip to the car dealership where my vehicle is awaiting repair and you can't allow me access? I repeated this was not an option and I would not be making another trip there on Monday. He called someone with the proper equipment to get the door unlocked. Imagine that???? I retrieved items from the inside but also needed access to the trunk. Guess what? The Sewell employee couldn't get into the trunk. He again tells me sir you will need to come back another day. I just stood there looking at this guy, thinking he can't be serious. He then starts scrolling thru his phone and texting, I guess assuming if I ignore him he will disappear. I had to tell him you need to call someone to come out here and try to check/charge the battery so I can get into my trunk. He finally calls someone and they come out and presto the battery gets charged, we are in the trunk retrieving the necessary items and on my way. Excellent customer service is a joke. Again while the buying experience with Infiniti is awesome my experiences with the customer service department has left a lot to be desired. The type of service from a luxury auto dealership is ridiculous. My advice is don't support Sewell Infiniti. Spend your time and money where you will be valued and appreciated.

My entire experience here was superb. Eddie Urbina worked with me, and he was honestly the best sales person I've ever experienced. Any time I needed Eddie,... even after I bought my car and had questions (which could have easily felt like an inconvenience to him), Eddie answered my calls or texts within seconds and was happy to help me in any way he could. He went above and beyond what was necessary to help me. Eddie has a keen memory for details and is a skilled listener. He was incredible at recalling details about our conversations and using that information to give me other suggestions. I was in corporate sales and managed salespeople for many years, and I know how rare these skills are. Sewell does a great job of training their employees. Everyone there is friendly and service-minded without fail. When shopping here, it quickly becomes obvious that this is one of the top dealerships in the nation, not just in Texas. Thank you Sewell and Eddie for making this an easy and enjoyable experience!

It was overall an outstanding experience--from two weeks of phone conversations working out the particulars, to the day of finally making the trip to the... dealership and sealing the deal--the Sewell experience was unlike any other. Charlie was super friendly and laid back. Excellent customer service!
