Our experience didn’t start off on the right foot — the first impression was less than ideal, and we were honestly feeling a bit disappointed. But then Roxanna stepped in, and everything changed. Her genuine appreciation for customers and her clear commitment to maintaining Sewell’s reputation for building strong relationships truly stood out. Sewell Infiniti Fort Worth is not the place to go if you

Sewell Infiniti Fort Worth is not the place to go if you want customer service and to be treated fairly, This has been the worst experience with a car dealership. For one that prides itself on customer service and building relationships, they’ve hired the wrong employee. Charlie is a typical used car salesman who says what you want to hear to get your signature. Then he changes the deal and makes you feel gas lighted. He promised one thing and then changed it, His solution to backing out of a $3,000 deal was to give us 2 free oil changes. This is not what customer service should be. We’re waiting on the general manager to call us back and to see if her integrity is the same as Charlie’s or if it mimics what the company’s reputation is built on.

First and foremost (and I left a review after purchase),

First and foremost (and I left a review after purchase), I had a great buying experience with Sewell. The salesperson, the finance rep, the manager, all top notch. What I do regret, is paying $2,420 for an extended warranty. My car has been at a shop here in Rockwall, TX since Friday because the shop cannot get ahold of anyone at the warranty company. They have sat on hold for hours trying to get a repair authorization for a gasket that is covered per the warranty. I have now been on hold for over 2 hours with no end in sight. "Your call is important to us," it says over and over. Right!! I'm just incredibly surprised that a dealership like Sewell would associate with an organization who is absolutely impossible to reach, which ultimately makes buying an extended warranty useless. Tomorrow will have been 1 full week of trying to speak with someone from the "Non-Infiniti Elite Protection Program." $2,420 that I could have just used to complete the repair. What a waste of time and money this whole ordeal has been. Very disappointed in the warranty company and Sewell for selling inferior products. Love being a 1-car family of 3. Please assist.
