Bought a 2016 RAM 1500. Had locking lug nuts and vehicle was supplied with no key to remove wheels. Sales Rep Amy has ignored three requests for a fix.... ANGRY! I am screwed if I get a flat tire. Dealership offers no response and no help.

They promise everything but don't deliver. Wonder if they will do the oil changes for free like promised. I would not send anyone there. Why twenty five... words when only need one to dis rube my encounter with them. "Bad".
Don't do business with this place. I was told I won a $3000 TV in a drawing when I went to claim it I was told the promotion service messed up but I had... a voice mail on my phone as proof saying I won not I may have one. Instead of the TV I settled on a reduced price on a car and a $500 gift certificate that they were to mail me the following week. They never mailed it and I had to fight for close to 4 months. Kirsten the sales manager took it up on herself to get me a refurbished TV instead. Then she had the nerve to tell me how lucky I was that they bought me a TV. She tried to be sneaky about the TV by pulling off the shipping labels so I couldn't see where they got it from but they missed one.
I dont know what that other reviewers issue was but I have been here for repairs and two car buying experiences. It has been quick easy and yes fun. ... But I also do my research and go in there knowing what I want and they then get it for me. They respected me as a customer and I am a women so cant say it was because Of gender! LOL. So shouting out to Clayton, Gwyn and Kris. Thanks see you for my next new car!! ¿
