Beware of insulting added costs

They had a car listed on their website for about 17700. Everything when fine until the paperwork began. They only applied some of the listed discounts from their website and tried to charge me about 1500 for a “northern Arizona package”. When asked about the package,all I was told was that it covered the tint that they put on the car. The man I spoke to clearly had no plans to budge on the insulting charge for tint. He tried to justify the charge by say that “all dealerships do it” as if that flimsy excuse justifies a sleazy business practice. I know dealerships add fake fees to make a bigger profit usually in the form of “documentation fees” and was ok with the 499 they charged for it, but 1500 for a tint job that could be done at a fraction of the cost is ridiculous. Out the door BEFORE tax’s and dmv fees was a bit over 22000 due to the fees and not honoring all of the listed discounts on their website, needless to say, we walked.

Absolutely terrible customer service!!!

I want to explain why I'm rating this dealership a 1 star. I was helped by Zach, who was an amazing salesman. He offered great service and genuinely seems to care about his customers feelings, needs, and wants. HOWEVER, the dealership as a whole is just terrible. The management there does not care about their customers. All they care about is making a sale and nothing else. If someone DOES NOT want to come inside they shouldn't be forced to. If a customer says they aren't looking to buy a car at the moment or realize they can't afford a car right now, they should not be guilt tripped or constantly bothered by the dealership. This kind of attitude makes me, and I'm sure other people, very uncomfortable and quite frankly is a huge turn off. They need to get their act together and realize that they need to work on their customer service, otherwise they will lose customers. I will NEVER be going back to this dealership again and I will be looking elsewhere to buy a car.

Over-promised under delivered straight out lied

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me they did the tire rotation but in fact they did not. I had marked my tires just before I went in to see if the tires were actually getting rotated and they were not, their multi-point inspection form was also a complete lie, they said they checked things that they did not and the information on the report was wrong.

Key Fob Programing

On March 19, 2020 I took a Key Fob to the Dealership hoping that they could re-program it for my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500. Their Service Advisor, Laurin said; Yes we can do that for you, bring it in. We waited in the waiting room for about 2 hours, I finally went to ask someone if they were finished with my truck. Laurin told me; that the Technician was having a problem trying to program the key. I told Laurin to forget it and that I'll it somewhere else to get it done. I was told that first, I would need to pay for the Technician trying to program the key. I told him; why should I pay for something that they weren't able to do? So, in order to get my truck back, I paid $44.56 for work that was never done. Buyer beware...they do not know what they are doing. I called a friend of mine who does key fob re-programing. He asked me if they took the "emergency key" out of the fob and if the extra key had been cut for another vehicle? I told him "yes" and they did look at the "emergency key". He told me; they are stupid, they should know that you can't re-program a key that has been cut for another vehicle. Get your truck and get out of there, so I did just that.

No games car dealership

I liked the fact that there were no games what so ever. I asked for a true out the door price and got exactly that. They even beat Phoenix prices by a lot so I bought local.
