SERVICE DEPARTMENT SUCKS
Went in to have clutch fan replaced and long story short. My truck drove in and was programmed and def and egr deleted and came out the shop not programmed and they said they werent responsible. Now I'm at a shop having to spend 1200 to get it reprogrammed

Rip off Expensive!
I read where they charged one guy $500 for an oil change. Thought he must have been just mad. I went in for fluid change in my 4x4. Both differentials, transfer case, and manual transmission. If I had done the job myself I could have done it for $200-$250. They charged me $708!!! That was just a drain and fill. So, no gear inspection, no new gaskets. Plus when they finished they pointed me to the back of the lot where I had to go get my truck myself. They didn't even have the decency to pull it around for me. To top that off, I had to stop on the side of the road because they didn't close my hood properly. Poor service and a wallet xxxx. I'll not go there again and you should not either unless they owe you work and parts through a warranty claim.
