I BOUGHT TWO GREAT CARS FROM THIS DEALER!

I bought a 2003 Montero and a 2002 Kia Spectra and it was a great experience for me. They were professional and courteous and the two cars I bought, I love them! They are dependable and reliable and have given me no problems at all, I would buy all my cars from this dealer in the future. They were very honest with me and I recommend them to anybody looking for a used car. They are not your typical "used car dealership". A+ in my book!

Outstanding!!!

I recently purchased a 1999 Pontiac Firebird from here. From the moment I called about the car I was impressed. Talk with Anna, she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and invited me in to take it for a test drive. The vehicle was everything she said it was! Extremely clean and seemed to be well cared for. She even offered for me to take the vehicle for the day to have my mechanic give it once over. I took her up on her offer, and my mechanic gave a thumbs up. I absolutely LOVE my car! Couldn't beat the price and the service I received was outstanding. Highly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from there!

THEY SOLD ME A LEMON

I actually purchased a vehicle from this dealer four months ago and it actually broke every other week. Now after spending over $2000.00 in repairs I will sell the car to a junk yard because it jus blew the head gasket. The salesman was very shady and told me that car was in great shape, well it turned out that it was a total lie. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and if you think of purchasing a vehicle from them - be smart and get an independent inspection. A very concerned and unhappy customer.

To make this transaction clear, the gentleman isn't giving all the facts. Yes, we sold this vehicle in April of 2012. The option of taking ANY of our vehicles to your mechanic for inspection is given to all customers. We offered you a Limited Mechanical Warranty on Engine and Transmission for the duration of 30 days or 1000 miles whichever occur first. You didnt contact us with any issues until you took the vehicle to a dealership in Texas. At that point your warranty had expired due to exceeding the mileage. Your complaint was the horn wouldn't turn off. Per the dealer work order, you disabled the horn by removing the relay and left it in the console. The dealer stated the repair needed was an airbag assembly. You called our dealership and demanded reimbursement for the repair. We explained that while we are sympathetic of your situation, the repair would not be covered under the Warranty you signed and agreed to. While this situation is unfortunate , you purchased a 13 year old vehicle with 95,000 miles. It is unrealistic to think repairs would not be needed due to vehicle age and mileage.

Saturn

Bought a 2001 Saturn for my daughter. The car is in good shape and the price, you could not beat.They would not let us leave with the car until they knew it would pass a Maryland inspection that I need to get. Have not have the car long enough to say anything about it. But I would buy there again.
