Good communication

They responded quickly to emails and answered all questions. Unfortunately the car I was looking for had been put on hold for another Customer.

Never heard back from them

I contacted them via email with an interest in getting more details on a camy they have for sale. ibwas willong to make a cash offer and expressed As I'm roughly 250 miles away I wanted more details before I make the drive to see it for myself. They never contacted me ether by email or phone. The next thing I know is the listing was removed, so I figured it must have sold right?, NOPE they had it readvertised just 4 days later.

Are They Real?!

Called a couple of times to inquire about a truck and get some digital voicemail where I can only leave a message. Not sure how it's expected I buy a car when I can't speak with someone directly. It's like they operate off of pagers.

Hi Kevin. I'm sorry you were not able to speak with someone directly at CAS. We are open from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm weekdays and 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays (EST). If you call outside of those hours, we have an voicemail message. However, I assure you we do not work off of pagers. We have several sales representatives on duty during all business hours. Easier car buying experience

Joe Rami of college auto sales was very very helpful and made my purchases so easy and stress free. Joe, guided me through the process and recommended their trusted shipping company (Will Shipping) (Chad Karam)who were very affordable and on time. When I 1st saw the vehicles on the website, carsmiami.com, the SUV,(2012 Nissan Armada Platinum) was theft recovered with no damage and runs and drives. I called Joe and he explained to me the condition of the SUV and it was exactly to his word when I received the Armada. The vehicles got to United Arab Emirates on time and exactly like what was posted on the website. The other car I bought from Joe was 2011 Jetta SEL. No fault on it and was exactly the condition as was described online. College Auto Sales is a good company to purchase from and true to their word. I even overpaid the SUV by $65 and Joe wrote a cheque of $65 towards the shipping fees to the shipping company. College Auto sales(carsmiami.com) is a company to buy from and I highly recommend anyone who wants a hustle free face to face and online car purchase. TRUE TO THEIR WORD.
