Buyer Beware!!!Stay Away from this car dealer!! Car that was sold to me had a bad catalyst converter, cracked air intake tube, rear main seal leaking oil, bad strut mount, had to replace crankshaft sensor, bad rack and pinion Absolute Junk this dealer sells!! He should be put out of business!!!

I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM, Submitted information and no reply either way..How rude so why should I waste anymore of my time reviewing a company that doesn't want to make money.

Good price on a car with under 100,00 miles and less than 10 years old. Had car checked by mechanic before purchasing and all was good.

Never returned a call or email to me so I don't have anything to say for them but terrible customer services. Would have liked to receive a call from them or email. Will not try to deal with them or buy a car from them ever again.

xxxx poor customer service!! I went by the lot middle of the day. No one there to help with the car I wanted. So I called the number on the sales door and left a detailed message for a return call. No one called back from the Marietta/Roswell Road location. I called back asking about the car and I was told it was being test driven. "But I should call back later the afternoon to see if it was sold." Also I was told "By the way, I close at 5:00 pm." ***why was my inquiry not responded to?***

07/27/22 My husband & I visited this dealership, someone came out I said hello he looked at me & hurried back inside w/o speaking ( 🚩) I went inside the trailer to speak to someone about a car, I showed the salesman the car I was interested in. The salesman tells me the car had already sold this morning (🚩) the car was sitting outside. The salesman said oh that’s another car same make model & color… I said sure. The car I was interested in was selling for $4,995. He said the car the car that was outside was $6,995. I said yea ok (🚩)he said the reason the car outside was $2,000 more was because it was only 179,000 miles on the car…. Well the car that I came to see had 170,000 miles. I don’t know if this salesman wanted an additional 2k out of me or if he didn’t want to sell to a Black woman. Buyers beware!!! Especially if you’re Black 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

Never answers the phone. Never called back. No contact was made by them. Extremely poor

Had a good experience this is my fourth car from them I still have 3 of them the other one totaled in a wreck. Never had a problem with the cars.

he did not take his time to discuss with the customer on the phone and hang on you when the deal does not arrange him for no raison. Zero customer service experience

thank u for ur reviews; I live a distance away and cant afford to waste time on "bad car lots". I am a Sr. now and need a reliable car that wont leave me stranded, the same goes for the "CAR LOT" I buy from, Due to multiple "NO" about the service and purchases let alone the lemon. I hoped bad "use car" sales had improved since I worked at one in the 80's. thank y buyers,visits to this place and doing a write up. PHD
