I gave them a 2nd bad review on 07/24/23. On 07/26/23 Clint calls me to tell me with the 2nd bad review they can not please me so take my vehicle somewhere else. They send out these surveys but don't want the truth. My time and money is valuable to me not them.

Fantastic dealership! I have purchased 4 new vehicles and one used vehicle from Courtsey in the past 10 years. Salesman Angelo Frazier is top notch! I would highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle to contact Angelo. He is honest, professional and informed and he does not employ the high pressure sales tactic. The service department is fantastic as well. I've never had an issue with any kind of service or repair work not done correctly or on time! Darryl Williams makes sure that all the details are taken care of so I don't have to give it a second thought. The dealership physical plant is new, clean and the people are very friendly. They tend to have a large inventory and if they do not have exactly what you are looking for, they are willing to find it for you.

New Customer

September 29th I had a horrible car accident and completely damaged my car. Thankfully I walked with no injuries. October 4th I did an inquiry on the internet about a Jeep Patriot... October 7th I responded with calling Angelo Frazier. He drove the car to me the same day to test drive. October 8th I completed my application. October 9th I was driving my Jeep home!! Out of any vehicle I have ever purchased I have to say this will be the most memorable experience ever! Angelo Frazier has the nickname Deal... I am completely convinced that he is The Real Deal! If you are in need of a vehicle I urge you to go to Courtesy in Ruston La and ask for Mr. Frazier! Tell him I sent you....#SatisfiedCustomer

without hesitation

Long story short, wanted a z71 had my eye on this one for several weeks. finally made a visit to the dealership. I was lied to several times just to make the sale. 1> ask sales man does this car have apple car play ( always had ford so i had no idea what it was), yes sales man said.. Purchased vehicle guess what no apple car play... 2> Ask sales man does this vehicle still have warranty.. why yes sir it does it don't have but 4000 miles left but it sure does.. Purchased vehicle have transmission problems before first payment guess what no warranty. Guess i should have done a little better homework b4 i bought the xxx. but lesson learned and will not buy a vehicle from this place again and its not due to the problems with the vehicle but the lies that where told just to sell the vehicle.

Enjoyable experience

Fast and friendly service, staff was nice and took care of me without an appointment. I was able to get my oil changed and tires rotated.
