Moore Quality Cars

We needed to buy a car for our daughter and decided to give Moore's a look. Dave the owner is very nice and very accommodating as well as his technician. So far we are pleased with the car and also the customer service we have received to date. The process was easy and Dave was very patient with all our questions, concerns. Dave's follow-up on questions I had after the deal was timely and I feel he really backs up his cars and his word.

Never wrote a review before but wanted to say that we are very happy. We looked all over and just happened to stumble on the place as we were eating lunch, (they next to burger king)they got lots of cars in the price we wanted, bought one and then took it to our car repair place for a oil change a few months later and the guy said it was really good for what we paid, good place to buy cars.

I normally wont write anything about stuff like this but after what happened I feel the need. We bought a car from this place and everything went fine until the next weekend on Sunday when I took the car to Costco to get four new snow tires installed only to find out that the tires had a locking key on them and I couldnt find it anywhere or get the tires off at all. I called up the guy who sold it (Dave) and told him what was going on, he told me where to look for it but I still couldnt find it, he said give him a few minutes and he would call back, he wasnt open and on hius day off but went to the placeand got one from another car and called saying he was on his way with it, 30 miles away, on his day off! When he got there he went to the car and found the key right where he told me to look, I felt horrible, he wasn`t upset he thanked me for buying the car and asked if we needed anything else and left, that is the best customer service I have ever had,

Have bought sveral cars and trucks from this sealer and cannot say enough good things about them. They always go through there vehicles so you dont have to and if an issue comes up it i always taken care of quickly to both or our satisfactions. Buy with confidence here!! PS: David is GREAT!!
