The site posts a beautiful certified Cadillac, we call to make sure it’s still there and get there as soon as they open. The car is out front and gorgeous,... from afar. It’s used so there’s typical wear but we’ve been told it’s gone through in and out. Get in and the touch screen panel doesn’t work. “That will be replaced if you buy the car, it happens with this model.” There’s stains, but they can’t be removed. The brakes pulse and when slowing down from normal highway speeds, the alignment is so bad when I let go of the wheel I’m almost in the breakdown lane. All that stuff should have been handled before it was on the lot but whatever. Get back to the dealership and walk around the car, there’s some scratches so I ask if they would be buffed out. “The car has already been looked over in an out by our guy so everything that can be done, has. But We can give you a color match stick.” Then I get to the front of the car and there’s a crack so bad in the front clip you can rock it back and forth. Almost two inches. I ask if anything will be done. He says probably not. But still we go inside. I smile and say hello to the other salesman and am not acknowledged, whatever but still off putting. So we sit down and he writes our my info and the price of the car, we talk about my concerns and his attitude shifts. The front clip won’t be replaced because it would cost them too much money. The stains can’t be removed because their guy already went through and said so. He can put the car in the shop about the breaks and alignment but it’s already gone through it’s inspection. Again. Whatever. I’m a car girl, been working on them and in shops my whole life. But also I’m a car girl and I’m being treated like an idiot. He goes to his manager and comes back with 500$ Off the price. I said I know he can do better than that. Especially with the giant crack. He leaned back, crossed his arms and said “Maybe this isn’t your car.” We get up to leave, and we pick up the sheet with all MY PERSONAL INFORMATION on it and he says it’s dealership property. Sorry Matthew, you need nothing of mine. We left, drive to Cadillac of Norwood, I worked with an AMAZING dealer named Maryann. The whole staff was happy and actually singing along with the music playing through the dealership and I bought a gorgeous Cadillac. I even met the owner who thanked me for my business. The touch screen worked and the scratch I saw will be filled painted and taken care of before I pick up on Wednesday. Go to Cadillac of Norwood.
Looking to buy a new car. At first they were very nice, but as we were talking about price they told me that I could not get it for the advertised price... because I didn't qualify for the incentives that they built in. These were not listed on their cars.com page. I tried to work on price and they basically told me it wouldn't work out and hung up on me. I didn't even say one mean thing to them. Funny thing was I was going to buy the car at the advertised price on this site! They tried to add a year on my payments and hoped I would not notice. Stay away.

Fast and excellent service, great results as usual.....the Caddy doesn't take a lot of maintenance but when it does....Woodworth has proved to be the best.... .!!!!!
