bought a 2017 fiat 500e from ivan about a year ago. on line. sight unseen. waited to submit this review to digest the transaction and see how the car worked out. price was higher than i wished (isn't it always?), but fair. there was a slight paperwork problem that ivan resolved in a timely manner. car arrived as described. car delivery was swift and economical. i have had no problems with the car and can honestly say that i really like it. overall a positive, pleasant experience. thank you, ivan.

Terrible customer service, I just mean terrible. I try to ask questions and the sales man tells me to look it up and then walks away. I strongly encourage everyone to stay away from these shady dick heads.

I would strongly recommend that you do not attempt to purchase a car from this deal car dealership. Empire Motors LTD. A few weeks ago I made an agreement with one of the salesmen that I would put down a down payment and in return he stated they would hold that vehicle for me for a couple weeks , until we could finalize the deal. After a few days I attempted to contact them to inform them that I no longer would be able to move forward with the purchase. The efforts I made to reach out and resolve this problem just became a game of phone tag that went on for a few days. It was about this time I had found out that the particular vehicle I put the deposit down for had already been sold and was removed from their advertisements. Each and every time I spoke with somebody there I was definitely told that they would contact me back in regards to all of this. That I assure you that never happened. My experience with Empire Motors was a complete waste of money and time, I have had to take this whole event as a loss. This establishment is unprofessional, misleading and illegitimate as far as I am concerned. I am only taking the time to write this in an effort to hopefully warn other people, they should consider taking their business elsewhere.

I just purchased a used 2011 Ford Explorer Limited from Empire Motors Ltd, a week ago today, and couldn't be more pleased. If you like to have sales people following you around, constantly talking to you trying to sell you something, this is NOT the place for you... but if you're like me, just want to check out the car myself and not have anyone distracting me, this place is for you! The prices are clearly marked on the windshield, and the price I saw online was the same price I saw on the tag when I went to the dealership... no gimmicks, no frills. I first showed up on Thursday night near closing time, in the misty rain, to check it out... everything checked out, I spoke to Ivan and told him I'd be back the next day to have my husband check it out also. We got there Friday morning, and there was a small issue that wasn't there the night before, I Googled the issue, then we mentioned it to Ivan, he and his crew got to work on it right then and fixed the issue for us, and we purched the Explorer. Today I had my mechanic at Northfield Tire give it a more thorough inspection to see if it needed anything, and was told everything looks great. With this experience, I would definitely purchase from Empire Motors again, and have mentioned them to several other people throughout the week when anyone has asked about my car purchase. Thank you for taking the stress normally associated with needing to buy a vehicle, completely away, I really appreciate your service and will be spreading the word to others. ~ Kathy T

Very disappointed in the car I purchased. I recently purchased a BMW 335 with under 130k miles. This was supposed to be a car I had for a couple years. Within two months of having the car, the transmission broke. Be very careful of any car you are thinking of purchasing from this dealership.

I have not heard back from this dealership. I asked where they were located, and about the jeep.

Ivan was very rude and off putting. I asked questions about the car needing alil work. His response was so what are going to do? Umm leave kind sir✌🏿

Great dealership with an awesome inventory. Well worth the trip. Will definitely buy from them again.
