We are out of state buyers (Michigan) and have been searching for a vehicle for our son for his first one. What makes this situation unique is we went back and forth on a vehicle for two weeks with Mike, and ultimately just was not comfortable enough with it being the choice for our son as a new driver. Mike could have handled this in a number of ways: angry, upset, petty, etc; instead, he was completely understanding, professional, , and remained great to work with. While we are sorry for him this particular sale didn’t work out, I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle.

My brand new 2020 truck that is only 3 months old has left us stranded twice for same reason. While explaining this to the two awful and rude service advisors, they proceeded to treat me like it was my fault, and proceeded to offer no help. When I requested a loaner car, as my truck was down for the second time, and my family is now inconvenienced I was told they do not provide loaners, and it's our problem to deal with. I explained to them, when the truck was there a month ago for this issue, I was given a loaner without question. I will NEVER again use this dealer for service. I now wish I didn't even buy this vehicle from them.

My family and I have been going to Nielsen for years and have used Joe as our salesman. Joe is a great guy who is very polite, helpful and always willing to work with you. I would never think of going anywhere else. Thanks to Nielsen and Joe for many years of fantastic service!!!!
