    False advertising. Came for Volvo XC60R, not an R-design. Wasted effort to get there. Buyer beware. I came from 2 hours away. The sales person said: "Oh,... it must have been a mistake" I don't buy it. No wonder the ratings are so low. I feel scammed.

    We apologize for the advertising error. We checked all of our sites and the vehicle is advertised properly as a T6. The pictures also reflect the corr...ect vehicle. The vin decoder on Cars.com did not decode the vin properly. Our apologies for your wasted trip.

    My Husband and I live a good distance away so we filled out the online credit application. We called the next day and was told somebody was working on... it and would be calling us shortly. Three days later we still have not heard anything. Whether our credit is good enough or not they should have called like promised and told us!! This is very poor customer service!!

    Each time i’m in the market to buy a car, this place has what I need which is great but the customer service aspect is horrible. I need to go inside to... ask to speak with a salesperson when they know absolutely nothing about cars. I was interested in a Maserati parked inside and wanted to know more about it when the man didn’t know what country it’s made in, Italy. Cmon this is not the kind of people who should work at a dealer this big. Ali, is the worst. Always rude and talks back about things he has no clue about. This is the last time I would check a car from here. Not to mention, Ali slammed the door on another parked car, clumsy. Their prices are high as well, when you compare the prices, they say they have the best wholesale prices when its all crap. Sad to see multiple cars I would love to buy when the service makes me unwelcome.

    They are a rip off , 14’ Infiniti 48,000 Transmission blew exactly 1 week after purchase ... and also the car did not pass inspection....:TOOO new of... a car for so many problems ... don’t buy from them

    I will adjust this review when my issue is resolved. My truck is great, My salesman Jay was great, the initial process was great. I wanted to pay my taxes... a switch my plates to the new vehicle on my own and not add the cost to my financing. 27 days later I am still awaiting my title, They gave me temporary tags with the wrong vehicle, they did fix that and got me new tags thanks to Jay. But for 27 days they haven't been able to get the title to me so I can go to DMV, get my tags and get the title to the bank. This could be a 4 star review otherwise, absolutely ridiculous that this should take anymore than a few days or even a week or so, 4 weeks is nuts.

    Mr. K was a our sales person. Everything went smoothly. I bought a 2007 cadillac xxx for my daughter. She loves the car. For a used car it is in really... great shape. Will buy from them again.

    Maximum Auto Outlet is bait and switching their advertised prices. The salesperson Karina asked to run my credit. I told her I only wanted one hard inquiry.... I received 8 credit karma email alerts that they ran 8 hard inquires.

    Went to look at a 2011 Honda Pilot. Evan Wheeler introduced himself and had me test drive it. Test drive was great and saw some things that needed minor... repair. Evan assured me they would be taken care of. I made a deposit and Evan was in consistent communication with me the following week. Went to pick up the Pilot and all repairs were made. Evan was professional and personable through the entire process. I will be a future customer of Maximum Auto Outlet.
