Excellent communication and fair treatment.

Treated fairly with respect and was able to have my mechanic check out the Honda Pilot we purchased. We arrived at an agreed price that was fair. I will shop there again.

Highly recommend this dealership to anyone! Super clean location the staff is very friendly. This was the best place ever to chose for buying my first car. The staff is great to talk to and are so helpful and will make sure that the car is in the best condition it can be before you take it off the lot. They were super understanding when I didn't understand something and had my dad help to explain as well. Overall my dad and I had a great experience and we will go back in the future.


Great Experience, Excellent Deal

I am very happy with the experience I had with Continental Auto Sales. On June 27 I bought a beautiful 2006 BMW Z4 in spectacular condition. The price was under market value and the process of working through the purchase with Steve Grenier, the owner, was seamless and very pleasant. It was worth the 100 mile drive. Above-and-beyond service

Stopped into Continental Auto after seeing a car here on that I was interested in. I emailed and corresponded with Rob and scheduled a test drive. I brought along my girlfriend and close-friend who is also my mechanic. Rob let us take the car out on our own for almost an hour with no objections and no rush. Buying process was soon. Did very minimal haggling as the price was very fair. Rob was available with answering any questions that I or my mechanic had (he did a lot of the talking because this was the first time I purchased a car and was rather clueless). The next process was where Continental shined in terms of service. Since i live in Boston and didn't have a car, I was limited in returning to the dealership to sign the title as well as the rest of the necessary documents. Steve and I coordinated for one of their employees to pick me up at a nearby commuter rail station and shuttle me back to the dealership and they lent me a car to go to the RMV in nearby Milford and get my plates. All around nice experience. Would definitely recommend them if you're in the market for a used car.


Excellent experience, stellar attitudes

I recently purchased a used car. I had the opportunity to interact with many dealers and dealerships during the shopping process. My search ended at Continental Auto in Northborough. Steve and Rob were way above the competition! Smart, pleasant, polite, respectful, and honest. As a single woman there are many hurdles to cross when buying a used car. My experience here was seamless from start to finish and left me without doubt or fear! Test drive - I took the car out myself. Pressure - none applied. Price - fair and without haggling, I took the car to my mechanic for inspection prior to purchase, he found a very small (easily overlooked) problem and gave me an estimate for repair, Steve and Rob were receptive and fair and we were easily able to reach an agreement about repair prior to purchase or adjustment of sale price. Quality of inventory - very high. Ease of transaction - Excellent! I put a deposit on the car the day I test drove it. They did all the paperwork quickly and easily on the day that was convenient for me. Would I deal with them again - In a heartbeat, and I will send my family and friends to them as well. Great car buying experience!

Great people, great experience. I went in on a Monday morning, test drove on my own, absolutely NO pressure, returned and agreed on a price I was happy with. In less than 3 hours (including going to my bank and applying for an auto loan!) I was driving off in my new used car. Rob and Jucimar were very friendly and helpful. I met Steve later in the week who was very helpful in sorting out my registration, very patient with some minor complications I created with a transfer of plates. I'm looking forward to my next car purchase, and recommend them to family and friends.


Best used car buying experience you will find!

Rob and Steve are the best. You will not find a more honest and straightforward pair of people in this business. It's apparent that they understand the value of customer service in developing a loyal customer base. This is not a high pressure sale at all. From the time you drive on their lot it's clear that they offer high quality used vehicles at fair prices. They let the cars do the talking for them. I am in the process of transitioning to a new job which precipitated this search (my old job had a company car). I popped in to test drive one that I found on I loved the car. Had a great conversation with Steve about our employment histories, and ultimately left a deposit for the vehicle. A day later I got a call from the recruiter for my new job, and she told me that she was able to negotiate a company car into my new compensation package. My first call after was to Continental. I spoke to Rob, and explained what had happened. Told him that I may still want the car as my personal vehicle, but wouldn't be able to pull the trigger on that for another month or so. He could not have been more understanding. Said they will continue to market the car, and if someone else expresses interest, he will call me to give first right of refusal. How could you be more fair than that? Even if I don't ultimately buy this car, don't think I would shop anywhere else for a used vehicle, and I live 45 minutes from their lot!


Honest, enjoyable to do business with

I've spoken with and shopped at several dealers and Steve at Continental impressed me the most. Even though I've not yet made a purchase, I'm very comfortable with the thought of buying through Steve. He impressed me as being very honest and a reliable person with whom to do business.
