The sales experience was absolutely wonderful!

The sales experience was absolutely wonderful! Kris was informative and made it happen for me. The finance guy was great he got me in and out pretty quick. The only issue is the detailer who details your cars needs to probably find a new job. My interior was absolutely stained and filthy. I got all the stains out no problem. I’d be willing to give him a few pointers. Thank you again

Kris made the whole experience the most least stressful car buying experience I have had . As a woman buying alone ,the car buying experience can be intimidating, but I felt at ease with Kris , the process was quick and easy and I felt no pressure!

Ed Martin dealership explained the entire buying process before even knowing if we were going to buy and was willing to give us the lowest interest rate possible. As well as parts and service worked with us to explain the parts we were adding to our jeep. THANK YOU to everyone we worked with.

Shout out to Corey Pritt and the rest of the Ed Martin team! As soon as I got there I was greeted and was able to go on my test drive. Worked out a great deal and left a happy customer, would recommend everyone to go here.

Sales team did not pressure; however, they not want to

Sales team did not pressure; however, they not want to come off price. We agreed on 2 small fixes, paid a deposit and took care of paperwork. Scheduled pickup 6 days later. Once we left, communication stopped. We had to instigate every progress update. They did not meet original pickup date, but we had to call them to find out. Then, the finance department called wanting final down payment. We still did not have the vehicle. After we contacted the dealership 5 times our original salesman contacted us while on vacation. The sales manager never took time to reach out. We finally picked up vehicle a week later than agreed to. We never did talk to a sales manager or general manager. Overall, it feels like the dealership - especially management- does not care about their customers. The buying process was easy but there is zero management support for the sales team. Be advised.
