Mike did a very good job in providing information to me, but not being pushy. He was accommodating and friendly, which is sometimes difficult to find... while car shopping. I took our van in last year for an ac issue. They told me it wasn't covered by my warranty and needed a new HVAC system for 1k. It was near the end of... the summer so we waited. We called this year to verify it couldn't be an obscure recall we found for a "blend actuator". They said, "No, it was definitely the HVAC". I ordered the part and had a friend's shop change it anyway because it was a simple change. That was all that was wrong. We spent a lot of time driving a vehicle with no AC because they quite possibly were trying to get me to pay 1k instead of a cheap fix. They were kind enough to reimburse me for the money I paid the other shop to fix it which I truly did appreciate. However, this made me question if I should always get 2nd opinions before I have them repair a vehicle.
Mr Burke is among the most honest and genuine people I have encountered. He was straight forward straight forward and patient. would recommend to anyone.
Brain Burke, will lie to you, if his mouth is moving, beware. Does not do as promised & doesn’t return phone calls. Overall very bad experience,... so beware ! Service Manager, Kevin seems sincere & does return phone calls , my service problem wasn’t resolved, but at least he returned phone call. Had to get assistance from Jeep CS to get his attention .
My salesman, John Goodpaster, made the entire process fast, easy, and painless. I was so glad that I didn't have to spend countless hours at the dealership.... I was able to send pictures and other needed information via text as to the cars that I wanted to trade in. I then found the car that I wanted to purchase on-line. John was able to put the entire deal together and relay that information to me before I arrived at the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership I was able to test drive the car and then meet with someone in the business office to complete the transaction. All in all the process at the dealership took less than an hour. I love this way to purchase a car. The next time that I purchase a car I will return to John Goodpaster at Ed Martin. Thanks John
Cory helped me figure out the type a vehicle that was right for my son and I.
So glad we went into edmartin to trade our jeep in April we weren't sure about the 2010 Nissan Rogue we were eligible for since our credit and time on... the job. Cory did the job for us got us approved and in a vehicle that's a lot better than the one we traded in. Our jeep we traded was old and had a lot needing done with it no ac and with two babies we needed one with ac. About after a month the compressor for the ac went out on the Nissan we got from the dealership. Was gonna cost almost $900 and we were gonna have to pay half and that definitely wasn't possible with all our bills and on one income with two babies to come up all the sudden with it. So I had some words with cory and the dealership and cory is paying half of our half out of his discount or commission not sure he just said he was gonna pay half of our part so we only had to come up with $200 . While it's being fixed he put me in a temporary vehicle so we had a vehicle to drive. This means a lot because we were upset about having the vehicle only a little over a month and it happening but now he has done all he could to make sure we were happy and he definitely did an awesome job. Jeremy Greer our salesman started and completed my purchase of a new 300C and I never left the house. After negotiations went to the dealership test drove... our new car and 15 minutes later finished the paper work. No wasted time or playing the shell game back and forth. One experience I can relate that most dealers won't go the distance like Jeremy done for us and appreciate his progressive thinking. Last year bought a new Journey and Jeremy did the same for us.
