I received a coupon for Gettel’s oil change service and

I received a coupon for Gettel’s oil change service and after the department associate accepted the coupon and completed the oil change, I was not able to redeem the coupon. I was told they do not accept coupons, however it came from their company. I followed up with Diane, she assured me that I could get a refund of the difference upon returning and bringing the receipt and coupon that was rejected. I went to the dealership and spoke with Jack regarding this issue. He was very hostile towards me and refused my refund. I followed back up with Diane again regarding yet another unfortunate situation, however she did not return my call. It is not about the money at this point. I am disgusted with the bad business, and lack of personal responsibility this establishment has shown. As a professional in customer relations, I know the importance of maintaining a good relationship and image for the business you are working for. This does not seem to be a priority in the employees at Gettel Toyota of Lakewood.

I was in for routine service for my2022 Tucson last week.

I was in for routine service for my2022 Tucson last week. I was pleasantly greeted and shown where to stop the car. Shortly, Devon came out and directed me to his desk, explained the process, recommended services and costs. Explained that the update and gave me an estimate of the time it would take to complete. He, then, escorted me to the beautiful new waiting area. The waiting was pleasant with comfortable seats , snacks and clean bathrooms. Thank you, Devon.

I went to service yesterday 11/18/24, the Latin people

I went to service yesterday 11/18/24, the Latin people who attended me were extremely rude and disrespectful. They gave me bad answers and reluctantly I was asking for a favor when I'm there paying for a service. The next day I went for the scheduled service and the people who attended me equally disrespectful, did not talk to details with me about what they did in the service, they gave me the keys and they didn't even tell me where the vehicle was, and the way to respond was very rude. I'm Latina and I emphasize the Latino people who attended me, it's sad because it should be the same how people are treated, an American person came out and took care of me in a very good and respectful way. I hope my comment helps improve customer service training for Spanish-speaking people, thank you. I took the time to wrote the review to improve the customer service and because I was very disappointed

Gettel Dealerships boast of their 21 dealerships, and

Gettel Dealerships boast of their 21 dealerships, and apparently that equals trust, however they have no explanation as to the randomness of their prices and then lie face to face about the cost of services in the general area. Based on this nearly empty dealership and overall attitude towards customers, they've corporately abandoned the hard work that once upon a time someone earned the trust of customers. Now like too many other enterprises, Gettel has forgotten the customers are the reason they can strut and boast of 21 dealerships. Wonder if they're all nearly empty? Guess the world may never know.

I leased a Highlander 4 months ago from this dealership,

I leased a Highlander 4 months ago from this dealership, paid $7500 down. I talked to the salesperson the very next day and told him I hated the SUV. I have been back many times to try and get them to take the car back and return my $7,500 or at least half of it. I even went down to their Punta Gorda dealership and tried to get them to ground the lease and get a GMC Acadia or Terrain. No deal. They refuse to help me without asking me for a lot more money and a higher payment. Therefore, my mistake. It will never happen again! Basically, I am stuck with this miserable vehicle for 3 years with no recourse other than to tell everyone I know to steer clear of them.

I am sorry you are so unhappy with your new Highlander. I spoke with your Salesman and our General Sales Manager. They tried to help you by offering you other options but they could not find anything that was financially acceptable. I understand we even put on a trailer hitch for no additional charge. Again we don't like to see any customer dissatisfied with their purchase, but we were unable to find a mutually acceptable solution. Ryan Fischer General Manager
