Global Imports Mini has ALWAYS provided me with prompt and professional service. I took my MINI Countryman for some maintenance work as well as to check... on an issue that I was having with the engine. David helped me as soon as I walked in, listen to my explanation of the issue, provided me with the diagnosis almost after I got there and presented me with the options of service available to me. My car was ready at a reasonable amount of time!

They lied to GEICO about fixing the space between finder and the hood and that they checked out the headlights They had my car for two weeks or longer... and no repairs were done. I am so disappointed

Great difficulty getting an appointment. Receptionist hung up on me after no one in the service department would answer any of my many calls through the... morning hours and I requested that she make an appointment for me (As I have had to do in the past). Eric Davis did a good job in the advisory role.

David Roman gave me excellent customer service - the best I have had at Global Mini in a long time, and since this is the second Mini I have bought from... them I have used them many times. For the past couple of years since Lon Miller left I felt the customer service has slipped, and I considered changing dealers, but with David Roman assisting me yesterday I will stay with Global Mini. I hope I can always count on him assisting me. .

The process and customer service was excellent in my buying experience. Salesperson was very knowledgeable, and understood our specific needs and wants... in the buying process. He also worked with us toward our buying price target. This is the best MINI dealer on this side of the country. It has wonderful new inventory and can pull in inventory from all over the East Coast. Highly highly recommended car buying experience.
