I was interested in this dealer due to it's location and how close it was to drive from my home! I searched their inventory, saw a vehicle I was interested in, sent an email inquiry about the vehicle and never heard anything from anyone there! Knowing that sometimes technology doesn't work I went back and found the same vehicle again, once again I sent an email with my info to contact me and the dealership never contacted me, ust a bad experience with this place and moved on to another dealership

I don’t usually write reviews but my experience with Autonomics was a great experience! Greg my salesperson answered all my questions and took care of all my needs! He delivered what he promised and went above and beyond! Kudos to their service dept. also!

So I called and spoke to the owner of the dealership to see what he can do about the issue I’m having with my Volvo that I just purchased on 07/13/2019. My wife called first and spoke to the owner and he was so disrespectful to her telling her she didn’t know anything about cars and that she broke the car and she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. For someone who owns a dealership and wants to have customers come to them and buy cars but you can’t even take your own responsibility when it comes to a product that you sell someone. I honestly would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone the only way I would if they man up and do the right thing from a paying customer. The owner of this dealership is an xxxxxxx. He’s rude and very disrespectful. I bought a car and was not able to drive it for more then 4 hours.

NEVER Buy A Car From This Dealership. They are SCAMMERS!!! I purchased an Infiniti FX35 from this so called "dealership". The car is a Complete Lemon and Maintenance Nightmare! I've had countless mechanical issues with it since owning it for just 2 Months. A car that is worth $5grand that two months later is needing $7500 in mechanical repairs. To start off, I get to the dealership and the car is filthy, has not even been cleaned or washed. I try to ignore that and have the so called "salesman" wash the car, which means he took it to a pull in car wash. It's not dried off, wheels are filthy, interior has not been cleaned, grease marks all over the roof, etc. Windows are filthy. I start the car up, the A/C is blowing luke warm air. We take it to their sister dealership 5mins away, the mechanic says that it's a simple $75 fix to reverse the blades in the dash. Ok, I drive it home. Turns out, both the compressor and blower motor needs to be replaced. A $2100 repair bill a month after buying the car from Autonomics. Then 2 days later, a major oil leak ensues. Turns out, there was barely any oil in the engine. So these guys literally did not clean the car, did not service the car to at least make sure the oil level was optimal. They are basically selling crappy auction cars for an inflated price. The airbag module light comes on the dash as well, I receive a part from Autonomics wanting me to to pay for the labor to get it installed in my city, $600 labor charge. So, all of these major repairs within 2 months of owning the vehicle. And to top it off, I still have temporary tags on my car. Why, because Autonomics is so slack in their dealings that they have yet to send me my permanent plates. I've already been in contact with the Better Business Bureau as well as the loan company that accepted the loan on this vehicle. My advice to anyone looking to purchase a car, Do Not Ever Buy from Autonomics or their sister dealership. Save yourself a ton of money and go with a reputable and major dealership.

i bought a 2006 audi a4 quattro 3 weeks ago from autonomics in lexington.The day after i get it home the oil pan starts leaking oil badly,the air condition quits blowing cold its missing piece on bumper tps sensors are bad i can go on and on.They were very nice there,but this car is a total piece of junk.R.Binder

I just want to drop a review about this dealership because my experience was excellent. I felt like they were working for me to try and get me a car. They were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this dealership to others that don't have the best credit but need a ride. They work for the customer.
