Subaru Crosstrek

I had been looking for a car for several weeks when I decided on a Subaru Crosstrek. After going to the local Subaru dealer I was ready to purchase the car but after having a very bad experience with the dealership I walked away and decided to drop buying a car for the time being. A few weeks later I decided to try Phil Meader dealership in the next town and Joey Chandler helped me. He worked hard to get the car I wanted and was diligent in staying in touch to let me know what was going on. Once the deal was made he made sure I knew how to operate the car and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend Joey if you are looking to buy a car.

Easy !!

There are two things that I do not look forward to ... one, going to the dentist; and second, buying a car. I went through the Costco auto program searching for vehicles and soon after completing that process received a call from Joey. A few days later my wife and I came to the Phil Meador Subaru dealership to continue our research. Joey did a thorough job of reviewing our options, asking good questions and we ultimately arrived at the 2016 Forester we ultimately purchased. The experience was about as easy at buying a car can be with most of this due to the efforts and professionalism Joey provided my wife and I. Thanks so much Joey.

Couldn't be happier...

We could not be happier with our vehicle or our experience with the entire team at Phil Meador Subaru. Sales Consultant Jake is friendly and personable and even allowed us to drive over to the Toyota dealership to compare the Forester and the Rav4 apples to apples. I appreciated that he spoke to me as well as my husband and treated me with respect; I have not always found that to be the case at other dealerships. Business Manager Matthew made the financing super simple and was very kind as our two year old started getting tired and cranky. We've had our new Forester for four days and absolutely love it. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a Subaru, and would highly recommend buying that Subaru from the team at Phil Meador. We will definitely be referring our friends and family, and will definitely return when it's time for another vehicle.

Great Car Buying Experience

Eric Josyln at Phil Meader Subaru did such an awesome job helping us purchase our new Cross Trek. We love our car. Eric was patient and thorough in teaching us all the features. I must have asked him 100 questions. The follow up this dealership does to take care of customers is why I won't ever buy a car anywhere else.

*****Spectacular Experience*****

I enjoyed purchasing my new Subaru. Brent was no nonsense, respected my time and made the transaction truly a breeze. Although prepared for the finance manager to try and squeeze the life out of me, he did not. Matt made me laugh and I'm pretty sure I made a new friend for life.

Great Service

Brent was great to work with. He went out of his way to find the exact car we were looking for, and right off the bat he gave us an extremely competitive quote. He answered all our questions honestly and promptly, by email and phone. Ultimately we decided to go with a car at a closer dealership, but that is the only reason we didn't by our car from Brent.

Grea Buying Experience at Phil Meador Subaru!

We purchased a 2013 factory certified Subaru Outback at Phil Meador. Not only was the price exceptional (we did months of pricing and shopping), but the vehicle had very low miles and the buying experience was top notch. Joey Chandler introduced himself to us politely, and we quickly developed an easy rapport with him. He was exceptionally courteous to both me and my spouse. Joey knew the technical features of the vehicle thoroughly and explained them to us beyond our expectations. Joey wasn't pushy or "salesman-ish". Instead, he took time to answer our questions, let us guide the conversation, and made the actual negotiation for final price a joy. One trip to the manager and a handshake: outstanding! Thank you so much Joey for restoring our image of what the car buying experience can be like, for not wasting our time, and for an all around exceptional experience! You guys are the best.
