I purchased a 2009 Ford Focus SE with only 40,895 miles and no service problems plus the Carfax report was with it, April 1st. The car was well cared for. Tom Freeman was my sales rep. My credit wasn't up there so I couldn't get a loan but Tom was patient with me and gave me 2 weeks with my down payment to find other means. Which it only took me a week I love my car. It rides and drives great and we haven't had any problems with it. Thank you Tom for all that you do for your customers.

We test drove a car as they were closing. We were interested in the vehicle, and we’re quoted a price. since they were closing we said we would call them tomorrow to let them know if we wanted the vehicle. Owner said we had until 1:00pm to call that is when he would be in to check messages. We called back first thing next Morning as promised. They called back around 2:30pm stating they sold the vehicle to someone else. They said we are the little man, and a buyer showed up with cash in hand so I took the sale. Our family wanted to support the “little man” and local business, we were true to our word and we’re going to buy a vehicle, cash as well…and this is how we were treated. So disappointed in the owners behavior and follow through. I would never recommend this dealership. I will be spreading the word and calling the BBB.

Terrible they sold me a lemon, they will not fix their lemons. Wont return your calls. If your transmitiongoes out they give you one that doesn't even work and make you pay for the instalation.i would never recommend them. Ella Lewis

Had an outstanding experience with Brandon buying a car that I had been looking for for years. Easy discussions, prompt and timely for our appointment. I bought from out of state and traveled 3 hours to get here. No games were played, all was as it was said to be. Great experience.

I rode my bicycle to this place looking for vehicle that they had advertised only to find a sale representative speaking to someone, wrapping up the conversation as I pulling in during modified business hours during the COVID19. I am not sure if the fact that I was black or rode onto their property on bicycle was the reason for the lack of greeting. The gentleman turned the sign to CLOSED as I approached and didn't recognize my presence. That is okay because I bought a comparable vehicle days later elsewhere.

The car we bought would not pass a Maryland State inspection. 2 independent local garages confirmed that a wheel bearing was bad. Because we didn’t want to drive it 2 hours to PA out of safety concerns, they would only cover half of the cost to repair. Very disappointed; so many good reviews. Maryland buyers, please be careful.

His knowledge of all cars is exceptional and a swers questions expertly. Each experience has been very satisfactory. This dealershop has treated ys very well and Tom is superb. Tom helped me pick out the car of my dreams. Tom gave me a good deal with my trade and when I brought it back in to service and do a few extras I got a great deal on that as well.
