Troy at West End Auto Sales LLC of Richmond is a financing wizard. In my granddaughter's experience, he is a man that cares about finding a desirable used car that is mechanically sound, fits the customers' needs, and payment requirements. I was a Master Certified Vehicle Salesman in my younger days and can't say enough about how he found financing with her horrible credit score. I questioned every penny on the sales invoice, and this skeptic found all charges were necessary for her to get the car she wanted, make the payments, and rebuild her credit. Thank you, Troy. Steve

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE!!! from here. this place is a joke! very shiesty and rude. Our vehicle non drivable because they never do a full inspection with their vehicles. The day after we pulled our van off the lot we already had problems, ive been stranded with my toddler and 9 month old 2 weeks after getting it. they deffinately sold us a lemon. we are stuck in a 5000 lien on them. so my kids are without a reliable car and now we have to make another car payment. when calling to discuss any issue troy and david are so rude. he was so worried about a review he begged me to change it when sitting in the office with my daughter in my lap and my phone was in the car.... well now anytime i see west end auto i will NOT reccomend them. just SHEISTY!

Purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from this location and the process was very simple/quick. Everyone that works at the location is really friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion for my son, David's customer service was excellent. I would recommend him for any future purchase. Inventory selection was good.

has nothing but junk , some of the vehicles need to be "jumped" the salesperson / Owner not so friendly , I would suggest looking at other reviews of this "dive"

My experience with West End Auto Sales was quick and easy. I was able to get the car I wanted at a reasonable price. David was nice and accommodating to my needs. Great customer service and amazing prices. I will recommend everyone to come to West End Auto Sales, so you can drive away in your dream car like I did.

I purchased a 2009 Mercedes for over 7k two months of having the car the first repair was 658.00, now it need 2500.00 in repair and the warranty covers nothing. After speaking with the warranty company I was told West End always provide the lowest warranty to keep their cost down. The car was inspected and what's wrong with the car should have been seen during the new inspection sticker from the dealership.

Typically I am very standoffish when it comes to buying from a dealer. When I pulled into the parking lot I was greeted right away. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming they let me take the car to my mechanic and were very negotiable. Overall, I had a positive experience and in the end got the vehicle I have been looking for with a great price!

I don’t think anyone should buy from this dealership, very poor customer service, they lie to you to buy car and force you to buy warranty so you will be tie to the car. That is high way robbery and car guru need to remove them from their company.
