My senior sales consultant, Jerry Huntley, and Internet

My senior sales consultant, Jerry Huntley, and Internet Manager, Briana Young, provided the absolute worst new car buying experience. I spoke with them on the phone and had worked out the numbers beforehand as I lived 2 hours away. I gave Jerry all my information over the phone and he assured me that the car would be ready when I got there. I drove down that same day ready to buy, and upon inspection of the car, I was extremely disappointed. Earlier that day, Jerry had provided me with a video of the car, and I noticed a 3rd party delivery package and shirt in the trunk. When I inspected the car, the same items were still there. There was hair all over the car, black hand prints on the headliner, and lotion marks all over the seats. On top of that, I was deceived about the reasoning behind the high mileage. I was told the car was a DX car, but when I checked the window sticker, low and behold, the original dealer was Jones Kia. Jerry lied and said that the car was detailed, but after pointing out all of this to him, he then tried to push the blame to their detail team. For a senior sales consultant that’s been there over 10+ years, you would think to inspect a car to make sure it’s in pristine condition for your customer. As we were about to leave, Jerry convinced us to sit down with him and said if he can locate the same car for us from another dealer, we’d be willing to sign for it. We already drove that far, so we agreed, but after he did locate one, he said he can’t do it because according to them, “not worth their time”. We walked in ready to buy the car and walked out extremely disappointed with this whole experience. Waste of our time and gas. To top it off, about a week later, Briana reached out to me to check in, wanting our business. I explained this whole situation, and she said she will locate a car and talk to her GM about honoring the same discounts and rebate. Well, she never got back to me and couldn’t give me a simple yes or no when I asked. Absolute worst experience!!!

I've been waiting a while to write this review because I

I've been waiting a while to write this review because I wanted it to be more factual and less opinion based. If you want an honest review of this dealership, here you go. My husband called around to multiple dealerships trying to get us a new family vehicle after our other vehicle was wrecked in an incident in which we were not at fault. After calling this dealership for a vehicle that had been on the market for a few months (which was significantly longer than the other stores for that particular make and year), he asked if we could get a certain "out the door price" and was met with a "why are you trying to nickel and dime me?" by one of the Sales rep (Rob). The next day, they lowered the price on their website. That should have been the first red flag. Rob and my husband agreed to a price. When we got there to test the car (with all 4 of our kids under the age of 8) there was some sort of break issue on the vehicle that the manager had supposedly been driving around for a week and didn't seem to "notice" or get corrected, second red flag. We got an IOU for that and a few other minor cosmetic issues and decided to go ahead with purchasing the vehicle. After the purchase was completed it was nearly impossible to schedule any sort of appointment to get our newly purchased vehicle in to have the break issue corrected. They did finally "correct" the issue yet the vehicle is still making a loud noise on the back breaks. When we tried to schedule the appointment for the cosmetic issues, they became unresponsive. Remind you, we have an IOU signed paperwork for these services to be done. We live over an hour away but chose this dealership because of their promise to give you a fair and honest price for a used vehicle. A month later, we received a letter from the DMV saying that our registration couldn't be completed. It turns out this letter was a scam (obviously not their fault). However, we called over multiple times to ask for help from the Loan officer who completed our vehicle registration (Bernie) and get assistance from someone and never got a response or call back. All this to say, buying the vehicle was fine. We did like how quickly the paperwork went (After 3 hours of waiting, only 20 mins in the room BUT we were paying cash and not financing) and they were very accommodating to us with our 4 kids in the lobby while we waited. If you want any sort of great service AFTER you purchase the vehicle- I would try somewhere else.

They said they were selling me the car then at the last

They said they were selling me the car then at the last minute tney said it had an issue and they couldn't sell it because it needed a part. They said they would call when the part came in. I never heard from them. A couple days later I get an alert from their website that the price was 2000 higher than the price we had previously agreed on.

I took my 2020 Kia Soul in for a recall issue and it

I took my 2020 Kia Soul in for a recall issue and it turned out that the engine needed to be replaced. The customer service representative submitted a warranty claim and told us that it should be covered since the car only had 68,xxx miles. Jones Kia never called to update us on the progress of our warranty claim so it was on us to call them every few days. Each time we called, excuses were made about the delays. After a month and a half of not having a car to drive, our warranty claim was denied. Never were we connected with a manager to discuss the issue and we were without our car for over 50 days. My car has been towed to another dealership to get the required work done in a timely manner.

Mike Fletcher is an awesome salesman.

Mike Fletcher is an awesome salesman. The deal on my Niro was quick and painless. I also had the opportunity to deal with Rob Jones and Tyler in the service department, both were professional, Tyler kept me apprised a couple times to let me know how the service was coming along and when it would be done. Great customer service! Thanks!

Dealer response

Thank you so much for this great review! We love knowing that you had such a great experience with Mike, Rob, and Tyler! Welcome to the Joens family! Enjoy your Niro!

Its a wild west of poor sales and service.

Its a wild west of poor sales and service. AVOID Dr. Jones paint insurance! So many mishaps in one year to list, crazy really, best to avoid. Free oil changes are no longer worth the hassles.

Great experience!

Great experience!!!!! Mr. Jabreel Porch was amazing... He is Polite, straight to the point and sold me exactly what I asked for. He got financing squared away extremely fast. I have bought over 30 vehicles, this is the best and smoothest sale I've ever been a part of, highly recommend giving Mr. Porch a call and get ready to dive away in a new vehicle. Look forward to returning.

I just had my Kia Telluride serviced at Jones and it was a fantastic experience. The service providers were friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I called for the appointment until I picked my car back up. I felt truly valued as a customer and that never happened at the dealership where I bought my car. After three years of constant frustrations with their service department I decided to drive the extra 40 minutes to Jones and it was absolutely worth it! I will be getting all my service here from now on. Thank you Jones Kia Service providers for making my life easier and treating me and my car so well!
