Acura ILX lease
Process was easy and hassle free. My only complaint is that the 3rd party the dealership uses did not do a good job of prepping the car. But the dealership agreed to rectify the situation at no cost. Overall I recommend.

Get a lawyer!
I spoke to Maria on the phone before going to purchase my vehicle, she was very helpful and great overall until I arrived at the dealership and met Annaliese Maue. She lied, she tried to scam and force me into purchasing a "warranty" that I didn't want, ask for or was even offered.
Service Dept is Great
These guys are really good and get the job done. We all know the dealership service dept is in business to sell services, and follow the Acura maintenance schedule. Maintenance service prices are not cheap, but are required to keep your your Acura running for many thousands of miles. You have three options- go to a local guy and pay less while maybe not getting the exact service you need, do it your self on fluids save $$$$ but you have a mess and need time and space, or use the dealer. Charlie and team are really good- and always provide suggestions on service based on mileage and service schedules. You pay what you get - no bargains but if you have an issue Charlie and team will make it right.
Came in to look at a pre-owned Mercedes ML350. The sales person that helped us was courteous and helped us to reach a deal. Agreed on a price and a value for my trade in. Completed most of the paper work to purchase the car and financing. Ended up financing through our own bank and didn't opt into their warranty. Told us to come in a couple days later to finalize the sale and to take the car home. Came back on the date and time they told us just for them to say that we can't give you the amount we agreed on for the trade in. Dropped the trade in value by a 1000 dollars. Didn't know that that's how car dealerships worked now a days. Spend a couple hours negotiating with rep and manger just to have it changed the day you come to sign and pick up the car. I guess since we didn't sign up for the extended warranty or financing through them, they wanted to take more cash from us upfront. Horrible experience and a complete waste of time. Only positive outlook was the sales rep was a good guy. Courteous and worked hard to get us a deal that worked for both sides. Manager and finance woman were the opposite.
