Great service, easy to work with
I was looking for cars and found a BMW I wanted. I called them and they got me financed on the phone even though my credit suks. It was fun and easy and the staff was fun too. The car is nice and i love it.

Saw a car i liked on cars.com called dealer ship spoke with a guy named stewart, asked if i could come down and test the car. Stewart stated that he didnt want to waste my time or his (meaning his) and to fill out a credit app online. I was to put down 1500 and finace pretty much 3 grand. Filled out application online called stewart back and he said he woulr run my credit and call me back. half an hour later stewart call back and asked me some ?'s and stated i am making this work for you, i stated great hour 2 hours three hours called back now stewart is no where to be found. Today called dealer ship again and believed i was speaking to stewart which the guy on phone never stated his name, i told him about the horrible customer service I recieved the following day and guy was like oh ( didnt care) and stated yeah um stewart is not around i will have him call you back. Dont want to waste my time HUH well you did. I would bother with Premium Finance.....

Chris, Thank you for your comments, your input helps us to continually improve our services, I appreciate your review. The service you received when you called to follow up with your credit application is unacceptable and I apologies for that. I have addressed this issue with our staff to ensure that it will not happen again in the future. As an auto broker, we do things a little different than other dealerships. We operate as a very lean and efficient company and try to avoid waiting around like other dealerships. If you've bought other cars in past, you probably know that it can take four, five, six hours or more going through the "back and forth" negotiations. This "strategy" is often utilized by dealerships to wear you down so they can get the price and terms they want, not what you want. Our strategy is to work with you prior to arriving, so you know what your down payment will be, your interest rate, monthly payment, and all the other details so you know exactly what you are getting. Once you are pre-qualified and the terms are acceptable, we schedule you to meet with one our car managers who oversee the car from beginning to end. They are the vehicle specialist and can answer all of your questions regarding the vehicle's history, maintenance, features and options. At this point, if you like the car and want to move forward with the purchase, you can do so and we can have you in and out in an hour or less. Our goal is to create a total stress free buying process in a no-pressure, straight forward environment. I am sorry we were not able to get you qualified for the vehicle you were looking for.
