The dealership does not advertise the true price of the vehicle, the vehicle prices online are including a military discount and therefore will not apply to most people. The staff are not helpful after the point of sale, I had to contact the staff multiple times to keep the process moving along to get my vehicle. The staff did not update me on status of the vehicle or when there were delays. The vehicle was in fairly good condition, although the dealer was not forthcoming about the damage on the vehicle. I would not purchase a vehicle here again or recommend anyone purchase a vehicle here unless you take into consideration that the prices are approximately $3000 over online pricing and you are ok with bugging the dealership constantly to do their job properly.

Purchased a Tesla Model 3 on 12/6/2025.

Purchased a Tesla Model 3 on 12/6/2025. Was told that they will call me the next business day in order to tell me the date the car will be shipped. I called numerous times only for the sales team to tell me that the car cannot be shipped because it needs new tires. Was told that they will call me on Wednesday. They did not call me Wednesday after I had tried numerous times to contact the sales person who sold me the car. The energy shifted tremendously from them wanting me to buy the car and now me actually wanting my car that I rightfully purchased. Ridiculous. Today is Thursday and I have asked to speak with the manager all morning and they keep saying he will call me back. This will be the third car I have purchased out of state and highly recommended that you do not purchase a vehicle here. Very unprofessional and very stressful.

Run the vin number of the vehicle you want to buy at

Run the vin number of the vehicle you want to buy at another dealership like you are trying to sale it. See how much they offer. Carvana for example. Most the cars will go through until you actually speak to a real person. Do your research Make sure to check with your insurance company before purchasing or considering anything. They do not take returns and no dealership will accept it as a trade in without a 70% discount. If you have bad credit do what you need to do. Majority of their cars are from accidents so beware. Wali speaks a good game and Nas the manager is a con artist. He will sit in the sales room with you and try to make sure you are taken care of in their benefit.

I had an outstanding experience with **Alpha

I had an outstanding experience with **Alpha Motorsports**, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. A special shout-out goes to **Eddie Murphy** — truly *the man with the plan*! He was incredibly polite, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Eddie’s knowledge and dedication clearly show how committed he is to **customer satisfaction**. He went above and beyond to ensure the entire process was smooth and stress-free, and it’s rare to find service this good these days. If you're looking for top-tier service and a team that really looks out for you, **Alpha Motorsports is the place to go**. Highly recommended!

The worst dealership I ever worked with.

The worst dealership I ever worked with. And I've worked with many. Eddie was extremely uninterested in selling us a car, and we had to spend more than a month going back and forth until we finally were able to go through with the process. There were no issues with credit application or anything, since I was purchasing the car essentially with cash (TRAC lease for those who are familiar with it). They just didn't seem to be willing to work with me. Only after expressing our enormous frustration with their quality of work (having to make up to 5 follow ups in a row to a get a one-line reply from them, triple-checking if they indeed sent all the documents they promised to send (they never sent anything without multiple follow ups), etc), and their threats to cancel the deal because I asked "are you joking?" after they said for the xth time that they sent the documents, but they in fact didn't -- we were able to close the deal. "Cool, things happens, maybe it's just a huge misunderstanding". I was wrong. My employee flew over the country to pick up the car on the agreed day. They ended up saying that the vehicle is not ready to be released. Luckily, my employee was eloquent enough to persuade them to pay for an hotel and a cab for him. "Fine. Whatever. Just another misunderstanding." ...And then we picked up the car. After driving for some 30 miles, my employee noticed undisclosed damage to a falcon wing top glass. It was not possible to see it from the driver seat, since it's in the rear, and he only noticed it a few minutes after the pick up. He came back, and confronted Alpha Motorsports about that. They promised to investigate this issue, and reimburse us for repairs (which are well over $1k) if they were found liable. A week after we followed up, and, unfortunately, they have already deleted all photos of the car that they had, so they can't verify anything -- convenient, and very shady. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service we received.
