Initially I thought working with Alpha Motorsports would

Initially I thought working with Alpha Motorsports would be a good experience because they promptly replied to my request to see if the car I was interested in. I called Eddie the salesman that initially contacted me who asked if I could hang in for a second, then after a minute put me on hold, and then transferred the call to someone else’s voicemail. I then emailed Cristina who had sent an email saying if I had problems or needed help to reach out and she had yet to reply. Finally I emailed Kim, another sales person who had emailed me shortly after the first email from Eddie and thought I was getting somewhere. I was wrong. I explained to Kim that this would be a long distance purchase and requested information about cash pricing and shipping versus picking it up in person. Kim kept trying to get me to come in the next day as if she was possibly an AI Bot or just doesn’t pay attention. I pointed this out to Kim who apologized and then continued to ignore any question I had. The price on the car was great but it is hard to trust any dealership that treats a potential customer like this.

Way too high of dealer fees .

Way too high of dealer fees . They appear to to have a lot of Teslas . I would be interested in but their dealers fee is triple most places.

The best dealership out there if you want to buy EV

The best dealership out there if you want to buy EV vehicles. They have over 100 Tesla in stock, all priced amazingly low and in a great conditions. We have bought multiple Tesla from them in the past 12 months.

I should have trusted the other one-star reviews, but I

I should have trusted the other one-star reviews, but I decided to give this place a chance anyway. Big mistake. Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF): This dealership embodies every negative stereotype about sleazy used car sales tactics. Below are only the facts: Lie #1: The Price Listed Price: The price advertised on Cars.com is intentionally lower to lure you in. Once you're there, you'll discover that the listed price is only available as a "one-time payment" price—which is literally impossible to attain since they tell you financing is mandatory, making the real price $4,000 higher. Phone Promises: Before driving 1.5 hours, I asked if they would match the price of an identical car (with fewer miles) from one of their other locations. They agreed over the phone. In person, they refused to honor that promise. EV Tax Credit: The car's listing had a prominent banner advertising a $4,000 EV tax credit. I confirmed eligibility over the phone before making the drive. In person, they denied it. When I pointed out the listing and reminded them of our phone conversation, the sales manager performed a theatrical scolding of the salesman in front of me—a transparent and embarrassing act. Lie #2: Tax Credit Eligibility When the manager pivoted, he claimed I didn't qualify for the credit due to my income. I explained I file jointly and even showed him the requirements directly from the IRS website. It didn't matter; they continued to deny eligibility without explanation. Lie #3: Trade-In Value They promise 110% trade-in value, but the offer I received was 36-48% lower than four other quotes I had in hand. Their excuse? They only offer "auction value." This isn't an auction, and their offer wasn't even close to standard trade-in values. Sub-Lie: The manager insisted no one would honor the higher quotes I had. The next day, another dealership did—for 40% more. This place relies on bait-and-switch tactics, false promises, and shady sales practices. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

My daughter and I received up front costs for the vehicle

My daughter and I received up front costs for the vehicle we were interested in. The lowest price is for a 1x cash payment. Otherwise financing will cause you to pay the processing fee, but they are up front about that. They are friendly, we were treated like family. Transaction went smooth and fast then my daughter drove off into the sunset in her beautiful new car purchased at a reasonable price. Thank you Adam!!!

Working with Adam went so smooth and fast.

Working with Adam went so smooth and fast. Never made sense why other dealerships mess around with your time half the day. Alpha Motor Sports was clean, friendly honest and professional from start to finish. After shopping at four other establishments, we were lucky to find Alpha! I was able to find a beautiful car for my daughter for a great price and little time. I really appreciate Adam and the rest of the staff that actually spoke to us like family.

Price listed online and the price at the dealership differ by $5,000. Walli one of the salesmen at the dealership hung up on me while negotiating the price. Take your business somewhere it is valued. Not here.
