After being to 2 other dealerships and being turned down because of my not so great credit, I received a postcard in the mail for Spencer Chevrolet. I scheduled an appointment online and about a half hour later received a call from Jeff. I could already tell by the phone call this was going to be a completely different experience then the previous dealerships! When I arrived at Spencer Chevrolet I was automatically greeted by a polite female and taken over to Jeff. Right from the start of our appointment I could already tell it was going to end well. During the process, Jeff explained everything to me, step by step, which made me feel very comfortable. I could honestly say I was treated like family the whole entire time, from my arrival to the time I drove away in my new car :) I am so happy with my purchase and so happy to have purchased it from such a great dealership! when i walked into the showroom i had done much research on the truck that i was looking for. john bradley met me at the door and our relationship began. he listened intently to what i was saying.we had a problem because the truck i was looking for had been discontinued. i told him that i was aware of that, but i needed that size truck for several reasons. we discussed several options that were available. john informed me that they did not have any left on their lot, but would check with their other dealerships. they found me a truck and we proceeded to work out the details. they were able to work a deal that came in under the "number" that i was asking. the whole process only took a small portion of my day and i left totally satisfied. yes, they are in the business of selling cars,but they were willing to let me leave if they couldn't find what i was looking for. thanks to john and the whole team for getting me exactly what i wanted.

I purchased a used car from Spencer's after shopping around at many different dealers. I absolutely love the hassle free environment! I continue to go back to the dealership to have my car serviced and the service department continually impresses me. They know me by name when I walk, service my car quickly and throughly explain the services that were provided. I would highly recommend them!!!!

I bought a vehicle from this dealership because I really needed to have a car asap. Unfortunately, I could tell the type of salespeople I was dealing with - focused more on meeting their 'numbers' than trying to look after my needs as a customer. This is even more evident when you get spammed with text messages after purchase that don't stop even after you ask them to. For example, I was specifically directed here be 'Desiree' because she has a 'sales contest'. I don't really feel valued as a customer when your customer contact consists solely of trying to make yourself and your sales numbers look better.

We recently traded our old Malibu for a brand new Equinox. Desiree was exceptionally helpful and patient, wanting to make sure that my wife got everything just as she wanted with the new purchase. We are both very pleased with the level of customer service and after purchase care that the team at Spencer has demonstrated to us. Spencer Chevrolet made us feel comfortably welcome. Though we were coming with a specific used car in mind, something other than a Chevy, they made us feel as though we bought their top of the line dealer car. Both the salesman, Fred Stenger, and his manager were amiable, having a good sense of humor. They seemed to grasp our very specific needs and made the car buying experience easy and comfortable. They gave us a good price for our trade-in, and then had the car we bought detailed nicely for us. They called us within several months to see how the car was treating us. The service and inspection package that came with the car was attractive, but the follow through was even better. It was simple, comprehensive and fast. We have been pleasantly surprised with our entire experience at Spencer Chevrolet. If the need arises, we would easily go back to Spencer. Keep up the good work!
