Our salesman Brett was great made the whole process start to finish smooth he even canceled our old plates which want his responsibility This is the 2nd car we purchased from Mastria and have been using the service dept for years

Horrible dealership!
Horrible dealership!! They made is so difficult to purchase a car, I went elsewhere. I wanted to finance the vehicle through my credit union. They wouldn't allow that. They had to finance it at twice the interest rate than my credit union. I finally thought okay, I'll finance it through their bank of choice and refinance the vehicle through my credit union at the lower rate. Then came the second hurdle. I had to purchase the vehicle and wait 10 days for them to register it.......AND NOT TAKE THE VEHICLE!! The dealership is in Massachusetts and I live in RI. They can not issue a temporary plate during this 10 day period!! This was the final straw. I walked away from the vehicle I would have otherwise purchased. I loved the car! If you are in the market to experience significant buffoonery, this is the place to shop! They just can't seem to get out of their own way. Save your time and patience and shop elsewhere.

Had a great experience at Mastria Buick! Mike Davey is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable and sales managers Patrick and Jonathan are friendly and helpful! Jerry in finance made the whole process simple and easy as well! Highly recommend Mastria for anyone looking for a vehicle!!

They caused a problem by overfilling the oil in my new
They caused a problem by overfilling the oil in my new purchase - Alfa Romeo. They sent me to an Alfa Romeo service center closer to me to correct the problem that they created. They never paid the location as pre-arranged and they didn’t answer any of their phones. Afterwards, they agreed to reimburse me for my out of pocket expense After numerous phone calls and emails, they are ignoring me as well Customer Service is NOT one of their Strong points!
