I had a great experience working with Nate Resendes. He was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel pressured to buy. I appreciated how understanding he was about my situation — I’m not quite ready to make a purchase yet, but wanted to get a clear idea of what to expect. He gave me helpful, honest information and made the whole experience comfortable and informative. When I am ready to buy, I’ll definitely be coming back to work with him specifically. Highly recommend!

Y best experience I ever had buying a car they made it so easy from the hm to the sales mgr the sales was very good and the Fiancé mgr was vey professional and easy to work with overall it was a great experience

Bought a vehicle, developed a power steering leak, 1 week

Bought a vehicle, developed a power steering leak, 1 week after purchase. Dealership attempted to avoid paying for repair but, inevitably had to because it wouldn't pass inspection. 3 days later, call to get my car and I am told" best I can do is give you something comparable (which was a crap comparison vehicle) or your money back"?? For a new steering rack??? Oh, and a failed to mention frame issue, which I was told developed while parked on the lot, after taken in trade but, sold to me..🤔🤷 xxx!?! Long story short, FU Mastria!!! Took my money and business elsewhere, you will get no referral from me and, the owner of the company I work for, who does a great deal of commercial business with you, may be changing his opinion of your dealership. 😉👍
