Mid-Western Auto Sales

Just purchased a car from there . Test drove it to find a steering issue. Told the staff and they said they would fix it before I bought it so naturally I said ok. I'll buy it. They had it for 2days then called and said it was ready. Obviously I was happy. Go to pick it up and barely made it home. Which is 5minutes from there. The problem wasn't fixed and new problem on front passenger wheel . So I don't know what to do. I want the car but will not pay for a car I can't even drive. Hopefully they make things right

Went to Mid-Western looking for a different car, that i saw on cars.com and was excited because my husband and i had bought a car there about 15 years ago and had a very good experience. I took a test-drive and was ready to buy, but while the financing was going through, they found a serious problem with the vehicle i was set to purchase. Rather than sweep it under the rug, they immediately notified me and went to work finding another vehicle that would meet my needs. I love that you get the sense you are being taken care of by a team that works together - I worked with 2 salespeople (Cody & Jeff) that took me through different parts of the process due to my very tight work schedule - and there was never a sense that you could only talk to one person. They both readily encouraged me to work with the other as time allowed. Jeff was great at explaining the financing and application process and encouraged me to consider the mini when the Yaris fell through. Another day, in the middle of a thunderstorm, Cody graciously pulled yet another car around for me to test-drive when I wasn't totally convinced about the mini and wanted to try "just one one more" vehicle to be sure. On the day i picked up the vehicle, Jeff went though all the controls and "bells and whistles" with me to make sure i felt comfortable with how everything worked before I left the lot. The ladies in the office were also very helpful and made sure I understood everything i was signing when we closed the deal. Overall a very pleasant experience. None of the high pressure you usually run into, everyone is pleasant and helpful and works as team. Glad to see the business has expanded over the years. Would definitely buy here again!

Overall good expierence, took the time to work with me on my somewhat limited ability to finance a vehicle thru conventional means.

Jeff was an amazing salesman and a great help. He was the first person to actually come up with a reasonable payment at a dealership! He was funny energetic and friendly!
